I have always received great service and top quality tint for a very fair price.....Just recently I had a 2014 Toyota Camry and 2014 Toyota Avalon tinted for only $260 and as always....VERY SATISFIED!.!.!.! This is the second time I bring one of my vehicles to R.A.D. The reason why I came for a second time is because I brought my Malibu in 2010. 4 years later, no bubbles, no peeling nor cracking. I recently brought my Chevy Volt to have all the windows tinted, they don't care if you're tinting 5 windows or 10 windows (as my car does), they will do them all with care without ripping you off. They took approximately 2 hours, I was able to watch a movie in their lobby and the staff were all very friendly, approachable and courteous. Upon completion of me vehicle, I'm impressed once again and happy I came back to RAD, where they guarantee their work! I just got my BRAND NEW TeslaModel 3 back from Riverside Performance Auto Tint. The car was flawless until they did my tint job today. Right along the window ledge, they scratched the black paint trim (where it meets the window.) Several places along the bottom of the window were scratched where the technician ran his squeegee on the outside window during the fitting process. How do I know? Because I watched him do it to another car. No masking tape, or other protection used to keep his metal squeegee from damaging the trim! I noticed this immediately and brought it to the owner's attention. He was unwilling to take any responsibility. I can't even believe it! This was the 4th car that they tinted for me over the years. I'm a repeat customer! If they had tried to make the situation right, I wouldn't be writing this review right now but the owner insisted that they couldn't have done the damage because they use no metal tools. Obviously, that was a lie. I watched his tech use a blade and a squeegee with a metal spine! If you have a gorgeous car - don't take it to this tint shop. It's shocking how unprofessionally this owner treated me. He's lost my business for life! read more
