Riverside Park is a cute lil area with a big playground, walkways, and even a fountain + pond where you can find ducks! We were staying in the area that was just a walk from here and found ourselves strolling through here every morning going to the local coffee spot. This park is a great place to walk around, play, or relax at. My friends and I even got to play around at the playground which was fun for both kids and adults, alike. A cute park in the Riverside area!

A real community asset... Riverside Park! It has been here forever too, right in the heart of Riverside near all the restaurants/activities. People stroll thru the park, bring kids to the extensive playground, feed the ducks on the pond, etc. THEN the park is used for different shows..today the Veggie Fest is here till 4 pm., so there is all kinds of healthy food vendors, yoga info, natural clothing, herbs/teas, organic farms, natural ice cream, fruit smoothies, natural cosmetics, Gourds...lol!

A quick hop, skip, and jump from 5 Points. We parked in the little parking lot across the street beside one of the shops. Riverside Park is a great little park with lots to do. They were holding the International Pillow Fight event here and there was a pretty good crowd all around the park besides the ones attending the event. I ran into a friend from high school and her daughter. That was pretty cool. My son and I also came here for an Easter Egg Hunt / Art Show event that they had a few years ago, but it started raining shortly after the egg hunt. There is a playground and a pond area with ducks. The park seemed to be a nice area to take a stroll in. We haven't taken a really deep tour of the place yet.

When one is out and about, attempting to fulfill life's obligations, a nice respite is going to the park. It's also a good way to let the kiddos run around unencumbered. Riverside Park let's me do that. On the cool Sunday that we were there, the kids were able to play on the nicely kept playground. There are two size playgrounds to choose from, depending on how much attention one's Rugrats need. If one wants to walk around, there is also a walking path with sufficient shade. The ducks on the pond are interesting to watch. Benches are available around the playground so parents can just sit and watch and try to relax. I especially like the park's proximity to Riverside's 5 Points area. So after eating, shopping, sipping craft beers, and people watching, it is a pleasant way to rest a spell and hopefully wear out the kids.

I am not from Jacksonville. I just found it through YELP. The picture and information do looking good and convinced me to go there. My friend and I were enjoyed to hang out at the park for a-last-minute plan. There is also can feed breads to the ducks. A lot of ducks will follow and expecting you to feed them. Suggest: bring breads to feed ducks. One thing, I am disappointed with the public service's responsibility to take care the pond clean. The pond is very DIRTY and didn't have a chance to clean it up. The ducks need the clean water. Please, helping the ducks to have a healthy pond.

This is a gorgeous park to take a safe stroll after eating at one of the local restaurants or visiting the shops at Five Points. The park is usually filled with many types of ducks and birds that you can watch. I don't really notice, or rather mind, the smell other reviewers mention, but perhaps it's because I grew up on a farm with ducks. Overall, this is a great place to go out in nature and be present or go get some exercise and enjoy the views.

    Beautiful day!

We had a blast! We slid down a slide, ran around the park, and tried to feed some ducks! Highly recommended

If you walk around the park, towards the "back side" (closest to the merger of I-10 and I-95), you will find a rose garden and camellias.

Some trash around and on the start of the trail. Beware there were tons of mosquitos on the trail and a stray cat. Who knows how many more. We really have no desire to go back. Those pictures of the "lake" do Not Look anything near like that in person in a negative way sadly and I would probably barely call it a lake.

Losco Regional Park is a really nice park with a really nice walking path that goes around a lake…read more It also has a children's playground, a few soccer fields, a splash type water park, public restrooms, adequate parking and much more. I can't believe that this is my first time here as I am often in the area and seek out parks to walk and get some steps towards my minimum ten thousand steps a day minimum. But now that I have discovered Losco Regional Park, I will say that I will definitely return to this wonderful park. This park was also pretty popular on this particular Thursday morning. There were plenty of people enjoying the park. Losco Regional Park is truly a great park and I definitely recommend a visit here. I will also give Losco Regional Park an overall rating of five stars.
