This hotel casually flexes a 34 lane bowling alley on the 2nd floor, bc apparently subtlety is overrated!! Naturally, we had to bowl!!! There's a bar adjacent to it (dangerous in the best way, haha), plus a 2nd arcade & Laser Tag bc why stop at bowling when you can play Guitar Hero and air hockey when it'snot your turn to bowl!! The staff was on it w shoe rentals and constantly cleaning, so even w all the chaos, the place stayed spotless!! It's an awesome hangout whether you roll in w your whole squad or just vibing as a duo. Overall, we had an absolute blast and would bowl here again!! read more

I Love this place, I Love the staff, every one is so nice, friendly, and helpful. There is 34 Lanes they keep the place and bathrooms nice and clean. The snack bar offers a lot of different food choices it is all very good, they offer pizza, quesadillas, burgers, fries, nachos, and so much more. The cosmic bowling is Friday's and Saturday's only it is a fun time. There is a bar located right next to the bowling alley. The staff at the snack bar are very nice as well if you are staying at the hotel or around the area. I highly recommend you come check it out. Clean, organized, other lane seating too close to your lane. Profiled for the entire 2 games by 2 staff members and 2 security guards. They stayed at our area staring at us, pretending to put balls away and getting in the way when it was our turn to bowl. read more

I've bowled here a few times when my bowling league has sweepers in Laughlin. We usually come in May and/or June to bowl sweepers. There are a lot of lanes at this bowling alley. It always surprises me how big it is. There's a small arcade and a good snack bar. I never bowled here for practice, but I would like to. Customer service has always been great. I have bowled at the Riverside 3 times now during 3 separate trips to Laughlin and my family has enjoyed it. Although it is pricey at $46.00 dollars for a game of 4 players, it is a fun activity to kill some time in Laughlin,. Sometimes they have long lines to get a lane and shoes but once the game gets started, everything is smooth sailing. My kids are younger and they have the bumpers and also those slide type things to assist them with throwing their ball. The bowling alley overall is clean and well kept. It is one of our must do activities with our kids every time we come to town. read more

This place is great to come and hang out with the kids. We came in a large group on Memorial Day weekend in the afternoon. We were able to get 2 lanes right next to each other without having to wait which was great. We paid $46 per lane and that included shoes. The kids had an amazing time as did the adults. It was a bit crowded but I didn't expect anything different since it was a holiday weekend in Laughlin. Overall we had a great experience the service was good. They kept coming to the adults asking if we needed more drinks which saved us time from having to leave the lanes to order. read more

Well the reason for the 3 and that's being nice since very few things made it a night fun. 1. Lots of line cutting in the food line, when I called a guy on it because he tried to cut in front of my daughter who was holding my spot when it was my turn to bowl, when I confronted him about he pushed me with his forearm hard when I yelled at him employees just looked up as if it was business as usual 2.When I get to the counter I am meet with attitude and making sure my order of a hotdog and grilled cheese with fries (stale) was passed up by 5 orders which made it cold. 3. This place was very understaffed for Memorial weekend. The front desk was not helpful. My group wanted to play one more game in a mostly empty place near the end of the night. When I asked KEN to add another game, he would t let us. The place was closing in 25 minutes and he said it was policy to not allow another game if it can't be finished before closing. We had 25 minutes and we're averaging 30 min. games. Totally bogus reason. I told him I don't care if we finish. He wouldn't budge. read more

Pretty clean, staff was friendly. The darn lanes weren't working right. First night they had to switch us to a different lane. ...so I didn't think nothing of it, but the 2nd night we went again n it still had issues. Me n my son had to tell the staff that the machine wasn't given us the full 10 pins. There was only 2 associates that was at the counter so of course we had to be patient so we had to wait for them to help the other customers ahead of us which takes 3-5 min wait then we go back to our game....it happened at least 8 times the 2nd night we had to keep running back to the service desk n ask them to fix it. read more

The bowling, itself, was acceptable. However, the wait to get a lane was bananas. It was a Monday night at 7 pm. We checked in and were told that all of the lanes were in use and there was a waitlist of 5 people before us. We were told it would take about 20 minutes and they would call us over the intercom. So, we put our names on the list and went to the arcade. After about 15 minutes, husband heads back to see where we are. I stay with the kids in the arcade for another 15 or so minutes before I head back to bowling center. It was well over an hour before our names were called. It was nice that they were running a special. However, our lane had the bumpers stuck on. We played anyway and our scores were higher than normal, of course. read more

If I could go lower I would. We arrived at the alley at 7:56pm to inquire about Cosmic Bowling. We are currently guests at the hotel and are enjoying are time with my six year old little boy. We waited in a long sporadic line with no structure for 20+ minutes while one young rude boy helped people randomly. Once at the counter we were told Comic Bowling wouldn't start until 9:30. By the way it's $11.50 a person or $50 an hour and CASH only.... in 2017 cash only yet the signs going in and everything else in the place takes card...of course we are told it's first come first serve and we can't pay now! " it starts when MY league leaves the floor". Oh pardon me... didn't realize my CASH was second rate compared to HIS league. Soooo my lil one is so excite led we come back at 9:34pm... wait in what is a worse mess of people. While in line ( if you would call it that) the young rude kid announced Cosmic bowling starts now and puts on the black lights. The old man and the rude kid now working at random my no attempt to provide any customer service. Hordes of people cutting and shoving and yet being served. When we finally made the counter 9:46pm the old rude man literally pointed in my face and said "wait a minutes" so he could answer the phone. So when at last we are allowed to speak, politely we ask 3 for cosmic bowling. He asks if we are on the list . So I ask surprised... "what list????? We were just told first come first serve....!" This jerk says well it is and we already Have a 2-3 hour wait!!!!! So in 16 minutes you have a wait???? And hours long????? So seriously we leave with a very disappointed little boy. Worse I know that not us as customers or my little boy matter even a little to anyone in that building today. Shameful, dirty, sneaky, and plain awful. Taints the whole experience. read more

I feel like this would have been a great place to enjoy our evening except for the fact the employee's working here were rude and unpleasant and embarrassing. When we first approached the desk it was 9:30pm and we had asked what time they would be closing, they stated 11pm. We decided to play 1 game and get some food. The food court was closed due to being understaffed, so 2 people from our party left to get some food. We paused playing the game to wait for them to return, and an employee with short brown hair called over the intercom that we need to resume playing the game right now. We still had an hour left. It was uncalled for and rude. We were the only ones in the entire place playing a game. One of us from our party stayed at the table while two others went to the bar to have a cigarette. While we were at the bar we kept hearing a prompt over the intercom to wear your face mask or leave, not realizing they were directly talking to the one person sitting at the table. She then went over to the table and rudely told our friend to put his mask on or leave, yelling at him and causing a scene, then she went back to her coworkers talking really rudely about us and cussing. He didn't mind putting his mask on we just didn't realize it was us she was yelling at over the intercom. Because he was drinking a beer and had his mask down on his chin. Especially since other workers (who were not wearing masks) were yelling "NO!" After she would say it on the intercom so we thought they were messing with eachother. Even though he put his mask up they called security on us. They proceeded to make remarks towards us over the intercom and pause our game for long periods of time. All of us but one person stopped playing our game all together before our 5th frame because we just felt so awkward and unwanted, we were not having a good time at all. 1 person in our party finished the entire game on his own and we cleaned up and left before closing time. Then when we went to return our shoes she started screaming and yelling at us "PUT YOUR SHOES DOWN, LEAVE THEM RIGHT THERE, OMG!!" Completely irate over where we put our shoes down on the counter, which was in the same place they handed them to us at. I don't think all of that retaliation was necessary over 1 person in our group having his mask down while drinking a beer that we purchased there at the bar. We normally don't leave reviews but this was so absurd. We definitely wont be going back and i don't recommend this place to anyone else unless the two younger girls with brown hair no longer work there.
