From my very first conversation with the director about their teaching philosophy to meeting the warm and caring teachers, I knew this was the right place for my kids. My daughter attended Kids Time for a little over a year during 2022-2023, and my son attended for about a year and a half during 2025-2026. What meant the most to me was being able to completely trust the people caring for my children. I could see the positive impact Kids Time had on both of them, and they always spoke so happily about their time there. They both absolutely love Ms. Leo and Ms. Tanya. My daughter still remembers them and misses them, and I know my son will miss them very much as well. I am incredibly grateful to all of the teachers and staff at Kids Time for the care, patience, and love they gave my children. They truly made such a positive impression on our family. I constantly recommend Kids Time to friends and coworkers who are looking for a preschool or daycare, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, nurturing, and wonderful place for their children.

I value that the school follows a set curriculum and that my daughters are also learning Spanish. The structure is wonderful, and I appreciate how their learning at school reinforces the values and teachings we focus on at home. In full transparency, the beginning was a bit challenging. Since my girls were only two at enrollment, they were frequently sick during the first six months and missed quite a bit of school, which required me to rely heavily on my mother-in-law during that time. I also felt that the two-year-old classroom experienced a higher level of staff turnover, making it difficult to keep track of who their teachers were. That said, now that my daughters are older, there is much more stability in their current classroom, and they are truly thriving. Overall, I am very happy with the school and the growth I have seen in my girls. Special shout out to the amazing Miss Nay and Miss Tiffany! My girls adore you!

From the very beginning, they have given us something every parent hopes for, complete trust and peace of mind. Knowing that our child is in their care allows us to go about our day with confidence, because we know he is safe, loved, nurtured, and genuinely cared for. The love, patience, and dedication they show each and every day cannot be taught, it comes straight from the heart. It is evident in every interaction, every smile, and every moment they spend with the children. They don't simply provide childcare; they create a second home filled with warmth, kindness, and unconditional love. To us, Babycare by Celina is far more than a childcare provider. They have become family. We are endlessly grateful for the care they give, the values they instill, and the love they pour into every child. They are truly angels on earth, and we feel incredibly blessed to have them in our lives.

One of the things we appreciated early on was how much they helped with potty training. He picked it up so quickly after starting, and having that consistency and encouragement at school made such a difference for us. We also LOVE the daily report cards! It's so nice to see what he learned that day, the art projects and activities he participated in, how long he napped for, and even what he ate and how much. As parents, those little details really help us feel connected to his day even when we aren't there. Ms. Melissa, Ms. Claudia, Ms. Alex, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Jesse, Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Veronica and Ms. Marlie and all of the teachers and staff we've interacted with have been amazing. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our son is somewhere he is cared for, learning, growing, and having fun. It's hard to believe we're already approaching a year! We're so happy we chose Sierra Preschool and are incredibly grateful for the role they've played in our son's growth. We've had such a positive experience that we already can't wait for our daughter to attend when she's old enough! Highly recommend Sierra Preschool for your littles!

The Goddard School in Riverside looks impressive during the tour because the facilities are new,…read moreclean, and polished. Unfortunately, once you scratch beneath the surface, it feels more like a franchise business than a premium early-childhood education program. We were told there was no screen time, but the children were shown YouTube videos, including Danny Go "movement" videos and videos of other people reading books that the school apparently did not have. When I arrived, the video was playing while the teacher stood watching the children. Administration nevertheless insisted this was not screen time. This practice is inconsistent with American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations for toddlers, which emphasize carefully selected, high-quality media accompanied by active adult participation. The director holds an associate degree in early childhood education from Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, and the teachers appear to meet the minimum education required by state licensing. At this price point, however, I expected substantially greater expertise in early childhood development. UC Riverside's Early Childhood Education Center is comparably priced and publicly reports a staff with 20 bachelor's degrees, two master's degrees, and California Child Development Permits. The director at UCR has a PH.d, not just an associates from LA Trade Tech. I was also disappointed by the unhealthy snacks--graham crackers, animal crackers, cheese, and applesauce, with no vegetables unless parents supplied them. Parents were even allowed to bring fast food into the classroom. The daily reports were unreliable: they claimed my child ate most of his food when his lunchbox came home untouched, and they listed learning objectives without explaining how those objectives were actually taught. Do not be distracted by the shiny new building. Ask detailed questions about staff education, screen use, snacks, and how the corporate curriculum is actually implemented in the classroom.
