Vicky is honest and caring--a kind-hearted woman who won't sell you something you don't need just to hit a quota or get on a top-seller list for the company. She will, however, spend ample time with you to explain how things work, answer all your questions, and answer questions you didn't know you had. For example, I didn't know I was wearing my hearing aids incorrectly until I started going to this location! If you find yourself saying, "What?" frequently, stop in and see her. Don't put it off, as hearing loss has been linked to dementia. In the meantime, turn down the music, wear earplugs to concerts, band practices, and anywhere you find yourself screaming to be heard. Maybe you'll avoid getting hearing aids, if you're not already saying, "I can't hear you."

We can hear you out here in the lobby. Both me and my husband required surgery and were pleased with both doctors and the outcome of our respective procedures. Initially went here because I had an inner ear infection that just wouldn't go away and they gave…read moreme a hearing test. Finally, the inner ear infection was cured, but my hearing was a little below par - fore!!! The doctor told me that hearing aids were like $3,000 or above! Yikes I told him - I can't afford that!! He said well you live in Wayne County right? I said yes. He said you work in Wayne County, right? I said yes. He then said that I was eligible for assistance!!! OMG - I said well, give me the referral! So, I had to go to Michigan Works in Livonia and talk to a man about rehabilitation services and how not being able to hear and understand students affected my job, in which it did. How many ways/times can you say huh, excuse me, what did you say, can you say that again, speak up!!!!!???? I had to prove that I was sick, easy my medical records at my house is inches deep!!!! Ohhhh.... So, next thing I know I am approved! My medical insurance provided $1,000 and they picked up the rest. So, in essence, it cost me $0 - how much better can that get? So, now I have my hearing aids from The Hearing Center of Excellence, thank you very much and did not have to pay a dime! The only thing is the batteries are only good for about two weeks. Luckily The Hearing Center has a club that you can join for $20 and for another $20 you can get a whole box of batteries. So, whenever I run out of batteries I just go up to the Center and give them $20 and they will give me another box!!! Not bad and I think this saved my job!

I've had lip injectables before, and Julia is by far the best. She uses a vibration distracting device--you can feel it in your jaw, teeth, and lips. Honestly, it's magical. It made the process surprisingly gentle--it was the most comfortable experience yet! She numbs you beforehand, and there's numbing in the shot, so the whole process felt amazing. I was going with one syringe, and her approach was perfect: "Let's put half in now, see how they look, and balance them up and out." My lips have always been kind of uneven, but now they are flawless. From the corners to the pout, everything is perfectly lined up. They're just popping! I can't wait to put lip liner on these bad boys! The results? Completely natural-looking, ultra-smooth, and even. I had no lumps at all--a first for me--and my lips looked amazing even after just half a syringe. Julia's thoughtful approach, spacing out the syringe over two visits, really paid off. My lips are so full and beautiful. If you're considering injectables, go to Julia! I'm so happy with my results--this was the best Christmas present to myself ever. I'll be leaving this review everywhere I can because Julia truly deserves it.
