For 4 years my aunt hasn't been able to hear well because the hearing aids were not fitted right, he told her the style she wanted was no longer available. He NEVER told us to come in every 3 months for cleaning and adjustments. We had to go in today because her warranty was expiring. Todays experience was 1000 times better. I will do a separate review for todays visit. But I wanted to make it known that Nate really screwed my aunt over. Thank God he has moved to a new location. Found out he is the owners son. Todays visit deserves a 5 star rating. Tiffany was our audiologist today. She was extremely professional and kind. She explained so many things to us that Nate never did. My aunts right hearing aid wasn't working at all, and probably hasn't since day 1. Nate did not care. Tiffany took care of everything. I had been telling people not to go to this business because of the awful service, but Tiffany has redeemed this office. Not only is the staff rude, judgemental, and disrespectful, but the doctor also disregards any concern you have about her diagnosis. I know multiple people who have left this office to never come back. I trusted Debbie's judgement and stayed, but after health complications in my family I feel as though she has caused them. They don't look at every angle to give you a proper diagnosis for proper treatment. I would never recommend this place and if you go here I suggest you get second and third opinions because this office is extremely inefficient.
