The staff handled people's needs immediately. I was in line when Lala approached me and she saw me to one of the clerks. I explained I had an issue with my insurance and they gave me peace of mind by the time I left. I was also happy with the vibes of the building, people seemed to be in a good mood. The waiting room wasn't crowded and they had a good flow of people coming in and out. I never felt claustrophobic. Also, there were NO smells today which I certainly appreciated. Note, if you need to submit documents there's a couple of kiosks when you walk in. These are for you to scan your paperwork so you can skip the line. An attendant is usually near the kiosk to assist people.

As a resident of Southwest Riverside County, this is where I go to serve out my yearly jury notice. The drive to Riverside or Corona is too much and luckily you can serve here if you're an area resident. They've recently expanded the parking lot to accommodate more jurors and potential jurors. I'm sure they'll erect a parking garage within a few years. The expansion potential here is nearly limitless. There is also a juvenile detention located on this site. It is nestled at the rear of the campus. The juvenile hall is run very well. The entire staff is courteous and professional. Can't be wasting my time...

One week ago tonite I had to call 911. My mother was very sick. I, as well as my family & my mom, who was barely coherent, said yes. Better safe than sorry. Luckily we did not listen to the guy who thought he knew it all. My mother is 7 days later fighting for her life on a ventilator in the ICU following an emergency surgery she had that night. She has something very wrong with her. Had she not gone in that night she would have died at home. It has not sat right with me hearing that statement play over & over in my head, " this is not life or death" You are not doctors. Do not try to make a diagnosis after taking someone's vitals. Maybe a little more compassion and a little less cocky would be a better look for you men, who we are trusting with our loved ones.
