THE GOOD... Lots of lanes. Good lighting. Modern and easy to use score screens. Clean environment. A bar is located next to the entrance. THE BAD... Pricey. Cash only? Huh... Really poor ball selection, this goes for kids and adults. Uncomfortable swivel seating. My group never saw a waiter / waitress for drinks or food / snacks. The lector I received from a rude employee about a member of my group that crossed the foul line. Did I mention that we are not a league or professional bowlers, so take a chill pill about a kid that's still learning the rules about the foul line. The rude / creepy man that kept staring and checking on us after the foul line lecture. Did I mention ball selection??? The most important thing is a proper ball... My wife wanted to set up a "just for fun bowling event" for a semi-annual meeting of retirees in Laughlin. Bill Street held her had the entire way, making the process incredibly easy. This man has customer service skills exceeding that of a Nordstrom's Cosmetics salesperson. He is not quite as cute, but what an amazing man. So friendly, so helpful....he REALLY made this easy on my wife. Thank you Bill! We came in a few hours early to make sure everything was in place and in the process I got a bowling ball package at the Pro Shop.... cool looking ball, awesome shoes and a very nice bag for less than $125. Did I mention that they had my size shoes???? 15's are impossible to find. He had 3 pair. Incredible. Ball was drilled perfectly and engraved with my name in less than 45 minutes...during which time we sat in the bowling alley bar, playing video keno, winning $18.75 on the first $.25 bet...followed by 4 free beers and a great view of football on the TV screens. DAMN...I like this place! (It's probably a 4 star venue, but the free beer, excellent bartender, incredible assistance of Bill Street to my wife and hitting 5 out of 6 on the first push of the KENO machine gets it an extra star) read more

Just saw a movie here. The place is fine, remember it's Laughlin. The theater size was adequate and there was not a crowd inside so it was pleasant. The concessions have all you need including a bar for drinks to take in to the theater. Tickets were $9 and $7 for the matinee. If you want to beat the heat for a bit and catch a movie while staying on the river this place works great. Oh and don't forget the water taxis that go from hotel to hotel. read more

Don Laughlin never seems to amaze me. He has really revolutionized the town of Laughlin and with-out him there is no Laughlin and hell maybe not even Bullhead City. There is so much to do and enjoy at Riverside and with that being said we decided to bowl because my six year old said he "would win me" bring it on little man! Well since we enjoyed a movie the day previous they stamped the back of our tickets at the theater for one free bowling game. My wife, son and I bowled one game for just $9 which was the total cost of the bowling shoes. The pricing I believe is $3.50 per game before 5PM and the shoes $3.00 something like but then the prices go up about a buck or so after 5PM. Right now through October 2014 from 830PM to 11PM games and shoes are only $3 each plus you can score a hot dog and soda for just $3 bucks. My wife told me why don't we just book our rooms here at Riverside because we are always here while in Laughlin LOL. Well right now the Belle has my loyalty but Riverside does do everything right. read more

My wife and I saw The Mule, starring Clint Eastwood today. We are both Clint Eastwood fans and thought this movie is one of his best. This movie theater is very clean with comfortable padded reclining seats and is reasonably priced. It has a great snack bar with a large variety of treats and staffed by efficient and friendly people. read more

I'm not a league, so it's iffy to get a lane. They offer several discounts, even the back of my movie ticket offered 1 free game. All the machinery worked flawlessly. If you need rental shoes they are clean and new looking. read more

Just watch the movie "It". The sitting was comfortable and the temperature in the theater was perfect! Fresh popcorn at a decent price and the entire experience enhanced my enjoyment for the evening. I've seen over 20 movies here at the Riverside theater and had plenty of room to relax while watching my selections. The seating reclines and the theater is always clean. read more

This review is only for the bowling alley. Came here with a group of 10 and getting a lane was not a problem. $4 shoe rental and $4 per game. Cosmic bowling starts at 9 pm and prices go up $1 more. I liked the fact that the shoes were in great condition...they looked and felt pretty new and didn't have the dingy used feel or smell to them. Cosmic bowling is pretty cool if you haven't experienced it before. In essence-- it is glow in the dark bowling and the music is pumped up giving it more of a party atmosphere. The patrons were mostly younger people in their 20's. There is a snack bar next to the front desk and a full service bar very close by. Service was ok. read more

Best movie theater I've ever been to in my life. There were only 10 people in the whole theater (including a family of 4 that brought a 5 and 8 year old to a R rated movie with tons of nudity - wtf people??). They serve vodka in the lobby, you can get a vodka soda with your popcorn. 100% awesomeness. Highly recommended. read more

A little difficult to actually find the theater - had to ask two employees and go down a seemingly endless walkway, but it was well worth the effort. They have a full bar and a concession stand. My boyfriend insisted we come here just so we could watch a movie while sipping on beers - pretty cool. The seats are very comfy and roomy. Will come here again if ever in Laughlin. read more

This is an older theatre and it's definitely showing its age. It's located inside the Riverside Casino. The seating was fairly comfortable although it was older. The concession stand prices were reasonable as far as theaters go, I have seen much worse prices. Not the best theatre and not the worst. read more

Don't expect anything fancy. For the cost of the ticket I was expecting more modern amenities. Just watched Ex Machina there in Theater #4. The front left speaker was blown out so the gritty rumbling noise was a bit distracting throughout the movie. If you do go bring a map and compass since you'll be going up escalators and around corners and through secret tunnels just going from the parking lot to the ticket booth. I would recommend bringing at least a least a day's worth of food in case you get lost. Let someone know where you're going. On the very plus side - they have a bar so you can numb the pain once you've successfully purchased your ticket and entered the theater. read more

The folks who work here are very friendly. However, the condition of the lanes changes constantly, i mean from day to day really. I was here for sweeps, for my bowling league, in July. First of all, that was a horrible time to come. It was hot and it made it feel almost humid inside the lanes. Anyways, the lanes were filled with people. The lanes were VERY oily. I'm talkin' about oil slick oily. Even worse, on the day of sweeps, they were super dry. It was horrible. I wasn't able to get a consistent bowl goin. The guys at the pro-shop, they're something amazing. They did a great job with my spare ball, as far as drilling and turn around time. I can't complain one bit. Another review for another time. BTW, game prices here are through the roof in comparison to what I'm used to paying at my beloved Covina bowl. read more

Upon going up stairs to the bowling alley they have a 4 pool tables, a small arcade and for the adults they have a decent size bar that is fully stocked with drinks and video slots (separate from the lanes but literally in front of the entrance so you can't miss it). Came here to play a game or two of cosmic bowling and we had to wait approx. 10-15min for 2 lanes with a party of 10. Apparently this place is where all the teens hang out so it was crowded and loud. We paid $10 per person (1 game and shoe rental). They had plenty of bowling balls to choose from and not like most places hard to find certain weights or having to go ask at the front desk. While we were playing we encountered technical difficulties and the staff was right on it and was friendly about fixing the issue. read more

This was the only bowling alley we could find in the area so we had no choice but to go . The place was extremely extremely outdated and old . To the point where the bumpers had to be pulled up and down my hand. Other than the place being very old it was okay. It served it's purpose but next time I rather go ice skating or something because this place wasn't worth it. read more

Went to Riverside lanes while on vacation, it was pretty expensive paying per game vs per hour. My brother met us there, he has large fingers (14 I believe) and he couldn't find a ball that his fingers even fit in. In reality, the ball choices were very limited. Overall, a mediocre time. read more

Being the only bowling lanes avail on the Laughlin strip..... it's not too shabby. It's great that it's located inside the riverside casino for the simple fact that my kid can bowl while I gamble .... they should probably add more lanes for the high traffic it gets during the summertime... the wait times can be as long as 3 hrs sometime. Service is friendly and professional. Just updated the scoring system. All electronic scoring featuring different games for the kids. The staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help with anything. Snack bar has a decent selection and great food. There is a full bar connected offering video poker. And most times of the day, there is a cocktail waitress walking around the lanes so you don't have to walk to the bar. VERY family oriented. Great place to take the kids. Cosmic bowling on the weekends (which is essentially glow in the dark bowling). I LOVE this place! They accept credit cards now too! read more

If you're in town and looking for something to do, this is the place to go! Bowling, food and arcade! After 7pm they turn off the lights for cosmic bowling (glow in the dark) which is always fun!
