We have stayed at the Aquarius for years. We switched it up recently and stayed the Riverside. We got a executive suite since it was our birthdays. Very nice room. We loved the adult only pool. Pool bar was great and they had a band at the pool too. The security at the pool is little ridiculous when walking in, they made me toss my water. I mean its WATER AND ITS HOT OUT. Casino was clean. Get Ice cream at the café, it was good and they serve alot. Lol read more

2 star property - at best First the Pros: Location - nice walkway along the river Convenient to Bullhead City and In and Out Burger Parking was free and available. Cons: Much smokier than usual for a casino. Desk staff were completely unhelpful and rude. I am not sure I have ever encountered worse customer service in my years of travel. WiFi was completely useless, even after attempts by IT staff to help.. Bring your own hotspot if you have need to use your devices *at all* Mattress was somewhat thin and hard and pillows were small and thin as well. Very dark and gloomy hallways and common areas. In serious need of upgrades and refreshing - old paint, old furnishings Cafe food and coffee were very disappointing. Check out my other reviews. Always a great time at Riverside. Machines can be tight. But the rewards are worth the visit. Good food. Entertainment is great.

Stayed here a few nights. The wind was very bad. Wanted to ride bikes around but not able with high winds. So we explored the town and bullhead city instead. Park flat, quiet, clean bathrooms and showers, (keycard access). Pedestals had 50, 30, 20 amp circuits, cable TV, and sewer. There is a variety of spots so I would recommend looking around. Multiple levels. Staff, yeah there's a variety of attitudes there too. I suspect from all of the tourists. We caught good and could improve staff attitudes. read more

I've always walked through when in Laughlin but didn't stay. I decided to book a room this time and long story summed up into an easy to digest phrase- "i loved it". CHECK IN: Check in was neither good nor bad, a desk attendant who gave off the impression she would rather be in Cancun then at work took her time to check me in. ROOM: Well it's evident the place received a facelift recently. I thought the room was adequate, nicely updated and had a large patio for the views. While it may have not been spectacular, it certainly was clean, updated, comfortable and everything was in good repair. POOL: This property has an Adults only pool as well as Family pool. If you'd like to hang with the older crowd and have no kids splashing you with a cannonball then the Adult pool is ideal. It was a great temperature and relaxing. I love vintage places. I am ecstatic that this property kept its original signage, lighting and vintage décor while also updating the things that made sense. When a vintage property is well taken care of, guests can remember the past but still have the same property to frequent. In Vegas they tend to tear down these vintage gems. I'm happy to see this place thrive. read more

This review was for a stay during the covid-19 pandemic. We stayed at Don Laughlin's Riverside RV Park for 4 days in November of 2020. We checked online and this seemed to be in a good location. I had never been to Laughlin and thought it would be a fun stop for a few day's. I called and spoke to Marlene to book our visit. The weekly rate was cheaper than a 4 day rate so we booked a week. I double checked with her about procedures since we would be coming in after they closed at 3pm (they're were still on summer hours). We could go in to check-in in the mornings which was nice since we came in after dark. Marlene checked us in the next day. We were somewhat scolded for not signing in the night before-even though, I double checked we didn't need to do it at night. The pull-thru sites are up a hill and each one going in a different way. The problem is the site numbers are on the pedestals on the opposite side of the road so you don't know where your site is from the road you have to drive in on. Luckily, some wonderful camper came out to help us figure it out! The sites are close together but long so you park in front or behind. You can open your door up to see someone else's vehicle. Strange. The next problem is the sites are a couple feet above grade of the road. So, when you leave you go down a large dip and could see scrapes where many RVs hit bottom going out. We took our time and didn't have a problem. The good-location to places in Laughlin. Because of the covid pandemic, we weren't going to casinos or other attractions The bad-things mentioned above. I don't think I would I would go back. It isn't bad if you understand the things that aren't so good. read more

The Riverside Cafe and The Mexican Restaurant at the casino both are great places to eat. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The only problem I had was that I booked a room with a balcony and river views but the that I was given didn't have a balcony. It ended up being too hot to sit outside on the balcony anyway so that ended up not being too big of a problem. The entire city of Laughlin is beautiful and a great place to visit. I don't have any thoughts about the casino because first of all I don't gamble and plus once you've been to one casino you can judge how the others will be. In my opinion! read more

Pulled in here a few days ago at the rate of $175/week OUCH!!!! WE have the smallest site out of the 500t sites they have here...The gal on the phone said it was a really nice site.... Lol We have a very aggressive dog that lives next door in that fenced in area...We can't even sit outside without it barking at us..... No side yard at all without looking at the fence...Very disappointing we have been coming here for years and finally got a site not put in Overflow but I would have rather been in Overflow than this awful site... We visited the Riverside Hotel on 12/27/2024. We found two bottles of water in our room and instant coffee that we used. We were shocked at checkout when we were charged $5.00 a bottle for the water. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and learned everyone there is a hotel manager. No one is steering the ship. They all refused to give me free complimentary water. Very bad. Next they will charge for toilet paper. We'll never stay here again. read more

the supervisor Rebecca is very rude and incompetent so was chyla , not accommodating at all. We booked for a connecting room because we have family and kids and they lied to us saying they gave it to us when we went up the rooms were across the hall. They are RUDE and they false advertise. So first of all the bingo parlor, I drink beer but my husband drinks mud slides, they always tell him he could only have one drink and now they serve it in a miniature cup really that is sad. Second of all the karaoke, the guy that was there would only take your name instead of including the song you want to sing which takes more time so I stopped going, I decided to go on the weekend of my birthday to give it a try and they got rid of the mat guy and got a trio of elderly people. The woman takes the tickets with your name and songs you want to sing so you would think that when a person goes up there they would start singing but no it was worse the two men up there unprepared to start the songs. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and maybe 10 people were able to sing a song this is what happens when you hire people not qualified for the job read more

After receiving three offers a week to come down for a free night stay I finally decided to try the hotel and they told me that I can have a free room tonight and tomorrow I have to change to a different room that's the only way I can get a free room that they have been sending me and begging me to come no problem I'll spend my money across the street. read more

We went as 3 couples from work. It was wonderful!! They are completely open and fully staffed! Everything was so clean!! Our room was immaculate!!! The water level was too low for a river cruise. We each had different rooms in different areas of the building and all of us were pleased. I personally would have liked a pen and paper to write on and a booklet type thing to give us the phone numbers of different places, like the movie theater to check times, etc. And menus for the different restaurants on site. And maybe a guide to let us know what we could have done outside of the casino. If you don't see well, bring a close up mirror to put on your make up!!! Our room was modern and very nice. You don't have to walk a mile to get to the elevator and then another mile to your room! There's a pop and ice machine on every floor. We will definitely go back. read more

We stayed 4 days over memorial weekend. In the RV park. Well maintained RV park. Power went out do to blown transformer and the Casino had it replaced in 3.5 hours. Damm good time to put in a main transformer. Pool was open, car show was cool, dinner cruise worth the money, dinner at the river view cafe excellent. Free shuttle to the casino from the RV park. Large lots, back in spots can hold trailer and two vehicles same with pull through. Long term people not allowed to make their sites look like a on going yard sale. Drinking water station needs to be replaced. Grass at lower section for animals. Upper section all concrete and graveled dirt. Large trees, wide roads with easy turns. Good RV park for few days or long term in winter. read more

The RV park was nice. We were on top level so nice and breezy. No grass anywhere though for the dogs. The only complaint I had was that the WiFi , that you pay for, sucked. Spotty and slow. Was not happy after paying 19.99 for the week. Your WiFi is bad, you should give it to your tv guests for free. read more

The room was not cleaned. Floor was not vacuumed, hair all over. The bathroom was not cleaned, hair in tub, toilet, and on floor. Called front desk, manager Bill sent housekeeping. Housekeeping lady said this happens all the time, she is the night shift, day shift do not do their job. I called manager Bill again, not helpful and unapologetic. I told him I want another room, shouldn't he had offered??? Later that night while walking down the hall to our room, other guests had two rooms with doors propped open with chairs, kids were running up and down the hall, mariachi music playing loudly that it could be heard from inside my room. I contacted front desk and they sent security up. I have been going to Laughlin for boating and staying at the Riverside since the 90s, it is not the same anymore. read more

We all know this area has been around for a while so you don't expect a nice room. I guess they remodeled the rooms. It was clean and comfortable. The best part is that it had a balcony. I've stayed at Harrah's like many other people did because of the beach in the back. Their rooms are rundown with motel 6 bed comforters. That being said,give this place a shot. read more

Don't even consider staying here. It's sites are worse than a dog run at the animal shelter. Just gross. We checked in at 3:45, went up to our site and came down immediately for a refund and the office was closed for the day. The site was not a true pull through and there was nothing dividing sites but where the hook ups were, it was like a huge parking lot someone put a ton of hook up on and threw some rocks on, just simply gross. There were little cement driveways on each spot that your vehicle couldn't even fit on but if you tried to park in front of your trailer, wouldn't be able to hook up and if you parked behind you wouldn't be able to come and go because another spot was right behind you. The power also did not work. We called the after hours number and they emailed the manager informing her we would not be staying and not to charge our card. Of course The manager, Ashley, did not call me and did charge my card to which I had to dispute the charge. the pictures on the website have to be 50 years old because you can't even see a river exists from the resort. All and all from staff to the property, i don't have a single nice this to say. read more

I booked my room and on the website it says check in 2pm. We arrived at 3pm and we thought we gave them plenty of time to have our rooms ready. Of course not, we waited in an extremely long line to not even have a room that was ready for us. We had to get in line twice because the room was not ready. Horrible way to enjoy my birthday. My husband and I spent a few months in the RV Resort (actually pulling out tomorrow). We stopped at the office today to make reservations for next winter and was waited on by a very rude man who says he is the manager. We gave the dates we wanted to stay and he said ...."Oh if you have not been staying with us for many years, we cannot garnet a certain site. You will be behind the office (the dump of the park)". We asked why he does not make the RVers clean up their sites and he said "Oh they spend so much money at the Casino that we let them go". So what he is saying to us is that because this is the first year we stayed here, we are not as important of a guest as those who come year after year.....And if you dump money in the casino, you can have your site looking like a pig sty! It is very unfortunate because we were going to spend next winter here again, but now there is no way. For him to call himself a manager is a disgrace! We have been managing RV Resorts for 12 years and would never think to say something so unprofessional to a guest. Nor would we allow the park to turn into a dump. Maybe the owners need to take a drive through the RV Park and see with their own eyes. He should not be in the position he is in. We spend a-lot of money in the restaurants and casino and for him to say he allows guests in the park to allow their site to be a pig pen because they spend money at the casino is a disgrace! read more

This place is so disorganized made a reservation 2 weeks before we were coming called the week of to make sure everything was good because we didn't hear anything. They said sorry we don't have your reservation. ( which was shocking) so we made another and when we got there they said we have this spot but not sure if your rv will fit so we drive over to the spot no way we could fit so we called and they put us in another spot next to dumpy trailers and people arguing all night. We stayed1 night out of the 3 and left then when we got home they called saying we didn't show up for our reservation. Which they were calling on the reservation I had made in the first place. I said we were their the place is a dump and she said she would refund the night we didn't stay for leaving early never got refunded. And then she said the manger would call us. Nothing and we paid in full this place is a joke save your self the hassle and don't stay here! WE WONT BE BACK! In need of major changes! read more

I made the reservations 2 months in advance for buddy sites because we are traveling with another couple. Upon arrival we were assigned our site numbers. The sites were not as promised and when I phoned the office the woman couldn't help me or assign new sites, even though there were 2 sets of sites on our row as I was promised.
