I walked around the whole store three times looking for the part and had no luck. I walk back to the counter and stand for another few minutes with the guy totally ignoring me. I asked him if he could point me in the right direction and he completely ignored me. He was the only person in the whole store as the other employee was in the parking lot working on his car. This one came as a shock to me...and I'll call it a Big Win!…read more I needed brake pads again on my Toyota Sienna. No biggie as I learned how to do the pads many years ago as an "I'm Too Cheap" effort to save money. OK, maybe not as an "I'm Cheap" but more like an "I can't afford a Brake Job". Hey, I had debts to pay. Anyways...walked into the Autozone on Heincke on Saturday, 12 Dec and discovered two things...1. It's been 7 years since I last did pads on this vehicle!!! and 2. My "old" pads were covered by a "Lifetime" warranty! Really? Well, accomplished the brake job in a T-Shirt...in December...in Ohio!!! Brought the old pads back to Autozone in the box the new pads came in and was given 1998 price ($32 and some change) back! Cash! No questions asked. Funny thing, the new pads only cost $31 so, not only did I get all my money back, I actually made a dollar! Which, if truth were to be told, is probably a very valid payment for my relative worth as an auto mechanic... But in my mind...I'm Mr Goodwrench now!
