Our family planned a weekend RV rental and specifically ordered and was told the unit was a "Brand New" 2015 model RV. Upon arrival, 500 miles from home, he told us that the unit was "sold" and we were provided an almost 10 year old trailer, that was dirty and in questionable working order. A couple of days later, a friend of mine who lives in South Carolina found the same trailer we reserved STILL being advertised. He emailed him asking about the availability and condition and was told YES, it was available (which it isn't) and that it's condition was "Brand New"...which it isn't -- because it doesn't exist. He used the exact same Bait and Switch technique, even using the same EXACT language that it's "Brand New" when asked for pictures. He is advertising trailers that DO NOT exist -- and then when you show up -- switching you into older units that are not comparable. A despicable and dishonest practice.

Holiday Glamping!…read more We were looking for a great holiday surprise for the family. We found Brenton and Chelsea's Cruiser Embrace EL310. Due to weather conditions our campsite changed one day prior to beginning our trip. Brenton and Chelsea accommodated our change in plans with grace. The delivery and setup was perfectly orchestrated. The first two days of our trip were the coldest days leading up to Christmas in almost 30 years. The owners made sure we had extra propane and heat to ensure our family was safe and comfortable. They were very responsive when we had questions. Brenton even made videos as an added touch to make sure we understood the camper and generator functionality. This was our first Glamping experience with a camper and we were more than pleased. The camper was clean, well equipped and offered all the amenities we needed for a family vacation. From age 3 to 73, we all enjoyed the closeness and bonding time with four generations onboard. Our trip was filled with fun, love and laughter. We will be forever grateful for the moments shared and memories created. From our family to yours, thank you for making our family Glamping experience one to remember!

But this was a quick trip because of an event at the kid's school and it's a straight shot on 26 into town. The staff was amazing! Of course we had to travel through what was being called an epic winter storm, so the first thing they did was put a hold on our site in case we got stuck down here. 2nd when she asked if we brought the dogs with us, she moved us to a different premium site that was closer to the dog park. Super convenient! It's an older park, but it is very well maintained. The sites are on top of each other, but we pretty much expect that from every KOA. This was middle of the winter, so everyone was spread out. The maintenance crew was working there tails off. Looks like they are leveling sites and there was a lot of new lumber in stacks. Not sure if they are redoing fencing? Would we stay here again for a quick trip? Absolutely. Again, it's an easy trip down 26 into downtown.
