I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest sales person, Melissa S. It was my first time in the store, as one of my associates recommended I visit for the RV needs. I walked into the store on Rivers Avenue, and was immediately greeted by Melissa. She asked what I needed, and I shared a 50 Amp Digital Shoreline. She walked me over to the product and I began sharing some of my other concerns. This young lady walked me to every aisle that dealt with a concern, and introduced various products that could solve the issues. She was so nice, patient and absolutely extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't believe ALL of the issues were resolved and I learned so much about how to take even better care of the unit with Melissa's guidance. I was so impressed, and left the store feeling empowered. So, if you have camping needs, RV needs, and or questions about your current RV stop over at camping world and see Melissa S. By the way, she stayed with me the entire time and was genuinely happy to help!

Gotta little change in my pocket going "jing a ling a ling", talking to me and telling me to get more serious about taking the plunge -- or not -- on an RV. Let's start with getting into one or two or three and having a first hand look inside. The initial discussion with the folks that received me went well, I was paired with a salesman that took me around the massive inventory in the rear lot to see what might suit my needs. Having been researching a good bit prior, it was thrilling to sit in, open up and grope as many of the bells and whistles as I reasonably could. But the sales cycle seemed to end there, as I continued to inquire, the interest in the salesman began to dwindle, or so it seemed. He tied his shoe five times, sitting down, in tying them he was setting, head down - I saw more of the top of his head tgan I did the from -- how can you talk business with that? Putting forth my "not buying today" was spoken in my first statement, so why now were discussions beginning to disengage? Writing down my email, I could see he had written a completely different word that I said (after the @! Not like a misspell of the first part, but a completely different word after @ that I never heard of "Plamatts" ? What the heck is that?) So I corrected him and got the worst email a four days later, totalling two very broken sentences. I wouldn't waste my time or money with this place and their crappy service. I bought a brand new Geo Pro travel trailer from them and the process was a disaster. They had to do the paperwork three times ... they just couldn't seem to get it right. Then they prepped the wrong trailer for delivery. When I finally got my trailer, the guy who was supposed to be doing the orientation knew practically nothing, typical response was "yeah, better read the manual" and we had to go back and do it again with another technician. On top of that, they neglected to put the power cord and other sundries in the trailer, so we had to go back yet again. The worst part was that their prep mechanic forgot to tighten the sway bar attachment piece on the hitch itself and the trailer was all over the place going the few miles home. This could have caused a major accident, but hey, he still works there, so obviously they just don't care. Was looking into selling the trailer as it was used ONCE and is still brand new. They offered my half of what I paid for it and were a week late in getting back to me. Multiple calls and messages went unreturned. Spend your money elsewhere. You will thank me.

I bought my camper because I am a COVID nurse, and wanted to live without risking bringing the virus home to any roommates or family members. Have been living in it since December of 2020. I am getting back to nursing next week due to the surge caused by the Delta variant with no place to live. Took a break to try to rest but spent a good portion of my time off dealing with lies and problems caused by CW. This has been absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. Initially kept my camper for 4 weeks. They were supposed to fix a leaking roof, replace floors and insulation, and replace a defective sink. They only replaced the faucet (but with a non-matching bronze faucet that didn't match the rest of the camper's nickel finish). They claimed to have replaced the floor and insulation though they replaced NONE of it. They refused to fix the roof and wanted to charge me $800. I reached out to Keystone, who informed me that ALL these repairs were approved and under warranty since my camper is less than a year old and that they'd already paid CW for these repairs. Finally got some movement after reaching out to the office of Marcus Lemonis (though they became increasingly slow to respond before ignoring me completely as this process went on and on). I allowed CW to take it back for repairs after being assured it would be completed within a week or so. 3 weeks later, I reclaimed my camper after being told all repairs were complete. The insulation was NOT replaced in the affected area and was still holding water and had grown a large amount of mold. I have already paid $1100 for mold treatment that was a direct result of CW's actions. Now I am finding the mold damage is more extensive than realized. No response from CW branch or Marcus Lemonis. I now have a camper that is absolutely not safe to live in. They even kept my camper key. Please stay away from these people.

I had a very poor experience buying an RV from them initially they told me that they would service it when they dropped off my recreational vehicle the driver hit a stump busted the lift kit and ripped off some of the electrical parts underneath I asked him for his help and then called the store to try to get them to take the machine back but instead they insisted that they would have somebody call me but they didn't have anybody call me and I don't know how many call me and I just wanted it fixed now the sinking thing is just like leaking all over the place I don't know why they use the cheapest plumbing parts on these vehicles so he still your system is blown and I don't know why they do things like this they just

Charleston winters are like those "one day sales" that department stores have- about the same…read morefrequency and only about 24 hours. Sometimes we need winter gear even in the lowcountry. Whether you need a light jacket or hoodie to wear in Charleston or heavier insulated gear for traveling, the North Face Outlet has it. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 50% off sale today when I checked out the outlet. The store has plenty of mirrors so you can try on the coats and jackets without having to walk very far to find a mirror or go into a dressing room (although they have those too). The store's inventory was mostly winter/cold weather gear, but they had a few short sleeved tech shirts and some workout tights, too. It will be interesting to see what they sell during the warmer months. The inventory is somewhat small, but I scored the last jacket in the style/size/color I wanted. It was a great buy! The employee who rang up my purchases told me the outlet has been at Tanger for around a month now. I'm thankful for this new find and will surely go back soon to do some Christmas shopping.
