We walked in on a Saturday and we're looking for an adaptor for a compression tester to fit on the block of my oversized spark plugs in an older vehicle I am working on. When he first saw the spark plug he jumped back and said "that is a monster! I got to take a picture of that, may I? Then he stayed with us and took us to where the stuff we wanted was located so we didn't wander around the store. To top it all off he took my name and number to call the vendors and find out if any of them carries an adaptor like the one I need. Low and behold he called me on Monday to let me know that they don't have anything like that. Just want to say that he either owns that store or if he doesn't the owner should take note that there is someone dedicated to make that business flourish. I was not asking for refunds or anything like that just for them to be aware that they staff member had put me in danger. The manager could not comprehend what I was telling him.

The team immediately took ownership, and within 30 minutes -- on a Saturday early evening -- someone from Joe's came out, picked up both me and the cart, and got us home safely. By Tuesday at noon, the cart was fully repaired and running perfectly again. There are plenty of golf cart dealers in the area, but the level of customer service the Joe's team provides truly sets them apart.
