I hired Eric to do my business floor and my personal garage. He does not have a set schedule and is not considerate of your business hours or anyone else's time. Eric ( the owner) is not an honest person and will not stand behind his work. He does not have the proper equipment and despite giving him numerous opportunities to fix faulty work and live up to the warranty he signed, he still has not fixed the problems and no longer returns calls or texts. There are so many more things I could say with texts he sent and pictures of his work. Hope this helps someone else make a good decision and go with a Quality company.... Not this one! This work was done a few weeks ago and in less than a week, his work needs to be redone.

They started my project a day late but that's not a big deal. My main concern was their clean-up. They left the concrete forms and stakes on the lower half of the drive-still in place. Also, 3" nails were scattered all along the driveway and @ 300 lb of old driveway pieces were not disposed of. I called Mr. Hylander about cleanup and he didn't seem concerned nor did he make an effort to do take care of the problem. Took me about 2 hours and a sledgehammer to remove all the stakes and forms and to pick up all debris. I think I'm too trusting and would suggest not paying someone until ALL work has been completed. Also noticed that they have a PO Box as an address which is a little bothersome. Again, they seem like very nice people and are probably just fine to do business with. I'm not trying to "run them down." But when someone is not willing to address valid concerns, it makes you worry about the quality of their work.

I did have to inspect the work closely to make sure work was as I wanted, and the workers did good on correcting any issues or modifications. Overall, I am happy with cost and work quality. This company was hired to take on a backyard project for my sister in Arlington, TN. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. From the very beginning, Kevin Baltz's crew performed subpar work on the retaining wall -- including stuffing their own trash into the wall, pizza crust included. Even worse, the crew urinated on the side of my sister's house. When these issues were brought to Kevin's attention, he apologized and promised to personally manage the project to make things right. One week later, instead of fixing anything, Kevin informed my sister and her husband that he was unable to complete the project and walked away entirely. They are now left with a backyard that is nothing but a giant pile of dirt. To make matters worse, Kevin is refusing to return their $15,000 deposit, leaving them with a total loss and no completed work. This experience has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and financially damaging. Do not use this company.

What needed to be done was explained to me that was part of the proposal. There were a few other requests that were added to the proposal that were also reasonable, clean up of leaves & branches from the yard (fall cleanup) and replacing the entire sidewalk from the driveway to the front door (that included burying a down spout). The work was done in Nov & it is now Jan. I love what they did!
