Initially, I was attempting to rent with the Meadow Creek leasing office, and was met with prompt professionalism. However, that employee no longer works there, and my business was transferred to the Riverbrook office for various reasons. Throughout the application process, I could hardly get a response back from the staff at Riverbrook after leaving repeated emails and voice/text messages. When I finally did reach a staff member, they were brash, apathetic, and displayed an extreme lack of professionalism. Due to the company attempting to sell houses more so than rent, my business did not matter to them. I was force to jump through hoop after hoop, and when one demand was met... surprise! There's another demand they pull out of the blue. I have moved locally and cross country numerous times and have never been met with such difficult staff, nor such ridiculous demands which made it nearly impossible for me to move in. On two occasions, I was told that my deposit (which I handed over at the beginning of the process) was put down for a specific property. However, I was later told that the home had been sold. Again, my rental business did not matter. This company literally had me in tears. Because of their games, I was forced to look elsewhere at the very last minute after they strung me along for nearly a month. Granted, their prices are the lowest in the area, but you'd be dealing with some shady unprofessional snakes. read more
