We have been harassed over and over and over and the front office manager. Jill takes everybody else's side but ours and we are doing nothing but trying to make the community better by having our lights that are super pretty and the Facebook for Medow Creek moms said that there's a lot of people on there that absolutely love. Our lights said they would take a petition if they needed to And Jill is rude. Every time I call she's yelling at us. She's already told us to turn them down so we turned them down. Then she said to turn off the the matrix in the back after 10 o'clock so we turned that off then she said over the phone that make it a solid color after 10 so we did that and now she's saying she wants them off at 10 o'clock we put so much time into this and so many people in the area talk about how pretty the lights are in Medow Creek. It actually brings people to Medow Creek and it shows them that you guys have places for sale and for rent and then they want to come in they want to rent because the community is nice but the lady in the office is not very nice neither one of them they are doing they're very condescending they take everybody else's side, but ours if you don't believe me come look at our lights after 10 o'clock at night and tell me it's not beautiful because I've had so many people in the park. Tell me how beautiful it is and then we live across from the clubhouse and the girl in the office goes. Oh I can see your lights on the clubhouse. Of course you can if I look out the window I see the clubhouse if you don't see my lights from the clubhouse my lights are not doing the lights are supposed to do.. I am so sick of being harassed. There is nothing in our lease. We own our place that says that we cannot have lights and we did everything she wanted us to do. We turned them down. We turn certain ones off at night we have change the colors for them. We have done everything they just don't care. Nobody is ever happy when it comes to the front office and they're picking and choosing who side they take and we've been harassed since we put up our deck before we put u our deck we even got complaints on the color of my flower buckets. This is my second stint in Meadow Creek total time living here has been about 9 years. There is new management in place and they are trying to right the wrongs of previous management who did pick and choose the rules they wanted to follow. Meadow Creek has been adding new homes for the past couple of years and there has been improvement. As far as owing the Village back water bills, I'm sure there was a Backdoor deal between the Village and Meadow Creek at some point. But the political climate has changed in the Village and now Meadow Creek residents are getting screwed. I'm not sure why people think the roads are in terrible shape because they aren't. I've been living here for more than 3 years and so far so good. I have no complaints where my home that I rent is stationed. The original manager and sales people are gone which is a bummer. However, Jill is very nice and patient. I would recommend this community for living. The only reason why I'm giving four stars is because the drywall cracked on the edges of a few walls in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Review cont. Work Orders During the first few months of living here, we submitted roughly 10 work orders through the portal and only had a few of them completed. We initially had a work order in to spray for spiders and bees on the house and when we checked on the status of the work order, it said had been completed, even though no one had come out to spray, along with a few other work orders that said were completed without ever being addressed. Since typing this up.. Kitchen sink had to be replace water was leaking from sink causing water damage to kitchen floor No hot water in both bathrooms again (multiple times a week) Waiting on them to fix damaged floor as of 2-10-15 No hot water in bathrooms again- multiple times a week Maintenance just keeps putting the turbo under the house instead of going under there to see why it keeps happening, which Beverly claimed they would eventually do when the pipes started freezing months ago. April 27, 2015 They came out to "fix" dishwasher while I wasn't home. They broke $60 garbage can, moved baby gate, and removed plastic cover off of dishwasher lock for door. Spoke with Janet about this and she said she was going to see what was going on and get back with me. Put in work orders for grass in backyard, and floor before the dishwasher work order. They still have yet to acknowledge those work orders. Not sure of the date, but we put in a work order concerned about mold growing under the damaged floor which has yet to be replaced they deleted that work order from the portal. May 16,2015 I got home after being out all day and the furnace was making a weird noise Capital came out May 22 (not positive on the date) the furnace wasn't making the weird noise anymore, but he did tighten something and then put something (don't remember the name) in the A/C to cool down the house properly. By May 26,2015 the A/C unit broke completely I sent out a work order (which was also, DELETED from the portal--I have a screen shot of it on my computer) They finally got someone out to replace the A/C unit which should have been replaced last year a few days later. May 31,2015 The garbage disposal broke someone came out replaced it, but that took a week for them to do. June 29,2015 Neighbor still thinks his property ends farther over than what it really does. The Neighbor started arguing and threatening when he was not satisfied by where we said where the property line was and told him to talk to Mary. Tracy and Mary came out to show him that we were right about where the property line is at. July 8,2015 Furnace broke again was fixed next day July 27th Tracy and Mary put in new application to move us into the home we picked out the owner turned around and changed his mind! Told them that if we wanted to move we had to buy a home from them! If we weren't moving they would "fix" our house the "right" way (pipes freezing everyday in winter, water damage to floor) Tracy told me to e-mail her the issues we've had with our home so she could contact their refurb guy to come out and fix the issues. August 7th I e-mailed Tracy to find out what was happening with our house getting fixed- no response September 5th e-mailed Tracy again no response September 10th Asked Mary if she knew anything about it. She said no that she would e-mail Tracy and the maintenance person at corporate about it and would attach my e-mail to that e-mail also wrote on attached picture to talk to Tracy about it September 18th e-mailed Mary asking if she ever did above ^^^ no response October 17th called Mary and asked if she ever did above ^^ she said no but that we were on a list for them to come look at our pipes I asked when this should be done by she said mid November October 22nd Furnace broke again October 28th called Mary concerned about the amount of rent we owe she says we only owed $425.14, that we were paid up for the rest of the rent. While on the phone with her she also, said November 15th is when our house should be fixed by. November 18th house still not fixed. Once I got it in writing issues with freezing pipes would be fixed the pipes magically got fixed the next day. 12-01 put in a work order about damage to floor that we've been waiting on for almost a YEAR to be looked at threaten legal action and someone magically comes out within the next week to look at 12-01 dishwasher door broke. Still waiting (2-22) for it to be fixed 2-18 my husband called to steve the operations manager of home first to see about getting out of our lease 4 months early due to buying a home and ALL of the issues we've had left message no phone call back. 2-22 my husband called steve today and steve feels that we need to hold up our end of the contract, but apparently not theirs They also delete your reviews on their page if it's a bad review read more

When I was looking to move just over 3 years ago, I didn't have the best credit. The staff worked with me and helped me look at all of my different options to get into a newer home that I could afford. The community is kept clean. The maintenance crew has been attentive and fast in resolving the few issues I had while I was renting. I have since purchased the home I have been living. We have owned a home in Meadow Creek for about 8 months and we are very happy. Lisa and Robert keep on top of everything and we love it here. NO loud music! Have lived here for 3 years and this place is going down hill!!! When we got in here it seemed hard to get in and now it seems like anyone can. No one follows park rules and the park doesn't push them! Everyone speeds and they don't do anything about that. People work on their vehicles as if they were in a shop right in their driveways. Fireworks are not allowed but yet the park doesn't keep up on that either. This park will end up being trashy if the people in charge can't get a handle on this. Good thing we won't be here much longer, this place isn't worth wasting your money to live, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!! read more

Medow Creek manufactured home Park does not even deserve 1,I could not purchase-1 because there is no rating. I have live here for more then 8 years it's sucks!!!.the management picks and choose who thay will pick on to write up .right now medow Creek just found out thay have not been paying the water bill for the park and owes more then $800,000 in back water bill even though I pay my bills on time.the street are in terrible shape, last year thay made repairs to only the main streets and left the side streets unpaired,the streets in the winter are not plowed.few of my friends rent houses from medow Creek and people from the park have walked into those houses unannounced without any waring no knocking ,thay use a pass key my friends are not allowed to change the locks ,just imagine you rent the house pay your rent and just imagine you are having a intimate evening with your wife and someone you don't know just unlocks your door and walks in on you.STAY AWAY FROM MEDOW CREEK MANUFACTURED HOME PARK IT WOULD BE THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE. read more
