Our lights said they would take a petition if they needed to And Jill is rude. Every time I call she's yelling at us. She's already told us to turn them down so we turned them down. Then she said to turn off the the matrix in the back after 10 o'clock so we turned that off then she said over the phone that make it a solid color after 10 so we did that and now she's saying she wants them off at 10 o'clock we put so much time into this and so many people in the area talk about how pretty the lights are in Medow Creek. It actually brings people to Medow Creek and it shows them that you guys have places for sale and for rent and then they want to come in they want to rent because the community is nice but the lady in the office is not very nice neither one of them they are doing they're very condescending they take everybody else's side, but ours if you don't believe me come look at our lights after 10 o'clock at night and tell me it's not beautiful because I've had so many people in the park. Tell me how beautiful it is and then we live across from the clubhouse and the girl in the office goes. Oh I can see your lights on the clubhouse. Of course you can if I look out the window I see the clubhouse if you don't see my lights from the clubhouse my lights are not doing the lights are supposed to do.. I am so sick of being harassed. There is nothing in our lease. We own our place that says that we cannot have lights and we did everything she wanted us to do. We turned them down. We turn certain ones off at night we have change the colors for them. We have done everything they just don't care. Nobody is ever happy when it comes to the front office and they're picking and choosing who side they take and we've been harassed since we put up our deck before we put u our deck we even got complaints on the color of my flower buckets. If you look at the picture below the yard around my home is pitch black. That because only my home is lit up. Been here 11 years and this is the worst manager we have had.

Meadow Creek has been adding new homes for the past couple of years and there has been improvement. As far as owing the Village back water bills, I'm sure there was a Backdoor deal between the Village and Meadow Creek at some point. But the political climate has changed in the Village and now Meadow Creek residents are getting screwed. I'm not sure why people think the roads are in terrible shape because they aren't. As far as winter and the streets being plowed I haven't had a problem with that. Nice pool.

They did follow through with what I needed at a fair price but it took contacting the owner to get results I needed. Pricing is all over the road map, was told $150.00 to crawl under our home and do estimate that goes towards the cost of the work if you get it done, was actually only charged $95.00 but the second group that came out to do the work, did their very best but did tell me the first crew out there that did the estimate should have completed the work while they were under there for the $95 they charged me for an estimate and said that they in good faith and conscience could not charge me more for what should've been done by the first guys that were out there! Because of their honesty I tipped them $20 to buy lunch! The person who called me representing the owner did sound very concerned with my experience and did send the best crew they had out here to re-review my situation.
