He keeps us informed so we know what he is doing to resolve the issue. He arranged for the food trucks to come in. The park is important to him and it shows. I give Erich 5 stars QRV has nicer parks than this one. (all of them) Their lack of attention to this property is sad. The accommodations here are lacking. There is a heated pool that they won't heat. Many of the concrete lots are sinking and when it rains I have to trod through several inches of muddy water to get to my vehicle. There is no grass on any lot, it won't grow due to the overgrown trees so my dogs track in mud in after being in the yard. They discontinued the cable TV. We had an ice machine but it belonged to the manager at the time so they took it when they left. Most RVs have very small freezers and it is difficult to make enough ice for more than one person. I miss the ice machine!! The other parks rent golf carts to the residents. Not here. There is no hot tub and our rec room is nothing like the rec rooms at their other parks. QRV gets 3 stars

We had eight family members visit from abroad and we decided to move out of our house to give them some space and a little privacy. We moved into my son's RV and took up residence at Westlake Resort. It was a lifesaver for my wife and myself. After many busy days at our home with our visitors we were able to come back to this park in the evening for much needed rest and quietness. The RV was alongside the lake and it was so peaceful there just to sit and watch the dogs go for their walks along the bayou and to see a family of ducks in the lake grow over the three weeks we were there till they took flight. A wonderful sight to see. The campground itself was excellent, It is kept to really good standards, It was lovely and quiet, very very clean with many amenities which I was sorry not to have had the time to have taken advantage of. After our visitors left for trip back home, we were a little disappointed to have had to leave the resort to go back to living in our house, but I know for sure if my wife of 56 years ever leaves me I will know where to find her. Cranked up antenna to get stations at Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Super nice guy. There were many trees and routes around them and it was pretty quiet. Restrooms/showers and laundry room were great. Full hookups were super easy. No pool but good views of the area (and prairie dogs). Coyote sang one night. Highway nearby not nearly as noisy as other parks. Park had signs on the highway and was easy to find. Many permanent campers due to no housing in Colorado but he keeps spaces open for actual travelers.

At this monthly price, you really won't find anything more conveniently located to Houston. Sure, the amenities are not what you might request of an RV resort like the large one down South but for the monthly rate it's hard to complain about WiFi. For the record, most long-term tenants have their own internet access here which Comcast and others happy to provide a direct drop for. Water and power are billed at a fair rate based on actual use. Billing is straightforward, electronic and predictable - I never have to worry about "surprise" charges or rate changes. The park is nestled with only an entrance off a residential street and we're never bothered by through traffic. The neighbors are all kind and respectful. If you are living in an RV for an extended period of time but want proximity to downtown, this is the place to be.

0/10 would not recommend to anybody! They claim the have on-site management. They DO NOT. There…read moreisn't even an office. They have a single washer and dryer. For the whole park. They claim they have a dog park. They DO NOT. There is a small patch of turf that isn't gated where your dog can go to the bathroom, that's it. They OVERCHARGE for the electricity. Most rv parks charge 7-10 cents a KWh while ridgeback is charging 17 cents. And the owner Cameron lies to people to get them in the property. We were planning on staying long term and when I spoke to him on the phone he informed me the electric bill would average 40-60 a month. When we received our first bill it was $200 and when I called him to see why it was so high he claimed he "helped us" by not charging for 300KWh. I spoke with other residents and he tells them the same thing. But when I asked for documentation of where the meter was at before we arrived he claims it was at 0 and refused to provide proof. And we worked most of the time and were barely home to use as much electricity as he claimed we did. They advertise that they have personalized gate codes. They DO NOT. The gate code is the same for EVERYBODY. Whether your staying a night or a month. When we informed him we were going to be staying long term he told us he would only charge us $650 a month. When our invoice arrived it was for $750. When I called and asked him why it wasn't the price he told us it would be, he said he'll just charge us full price and our last 2 months will be free. I asked for that in writing and he refused and said we have "his word". His word means very little, he will tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. They advertise that they use AT&T fiber internet high speed internet. I ran a speed test on the WiFi and they use Xfinity and our speeds were 30MBPS, which is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We have lived…read morein the area for five years, and we noticed about two airshows a year being offered at this small airport. So, finally we ventured out and arrived shortly after the 10 am opening. It is best to use the entrance from Barker Cypress (better road); line to pay and park was short. The walking distance to the displays was short and lined with Corvettes. Food and drinks were available. Overall, we had a great experience and will likely attend more future shows.

Airport owner helped me sell it at a cost of 7500, I had to pay 1500 to get it "fixed" before it could be sold. If I didn't, I would have to pay 5000 for inspections next year is what I was told. I was billed for hangar fees even after it was agreed that once I listed it for sale with the airport there would be no hangar fees. All told, I lost about 35k on the whole nightmare of buying that stupid plane. Not their fault, but they sure didn't make getting rid of it any easier.
