It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting here, from the owner to the office administrator, has been exceptionally wonderful! They have a large clinic with therapists who are employed both full time and on an "as needed" basis, so they are able to see you much more quickly than other clinics that offer similar services. The play (therapy) areas are spacious and clean, with lots of toys to promote learning! Megan is our speech therapist. She is so sweet and amazing with children! We have only recently started seeing her for services but I can tell that my son is enjoying their time together while playing and learning. We currently visit their office, which is conveniently located in Old Metairie, for one-on-one therapy but their therapists also offer school-based therapy which I think is really fantastic. Another unique service they offer is group therapy classes. A few of the groups they are currently offering classes for are: Picky Eaters and learning Social Skills. However, they also offer group classes for Handwriting Clinic, Pre-K Readiness, Art/Sensory Play, Fun with Food, and Articulation and Language at various times throughout the year. In addition to the above classes, they offer Summer Break and Winter Break programs! They seriously do it all! I can't wait to see the progress my little guy makes as we continue to visit them. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC to anyone whose child is in need of therapy services or a program to keep them entertained over the summer and winter breaks.
