Dr. Wax did my hand surgery and did a great job. He and the nurses are super informative. They are very helpful and answer everything I need answers to. The one missing star comes from the fact that I always have to wait over an hour passed my appt. time before being called to the back. It's a small price to pay to have a doctor and nurses you love.

Dr. Chad Millet is by far the worst Orthopedic doctor around! He simply does not care about his…read morepatients. You sit in a waiting room for 30-40 minutes and then your brought to the back into a room where you wait another 30-40 minutes. Dr. Millet comes in for under 5 minutes does not even check your body or main area of complaint. He goes off of your former doctors notes or his assistant Erin. Erin is amazing and genuinely cares about her patients. It seems Dr. Millet makes her do all his dirty work, and all he does is come into the room and tries to refer you to other doctors for your issue. I was diagnosed with a rare disease in his office and once seen by Millet, he basically told me a steroid pack should do the trick and if it didn't work I should see a Rheumatologist for further evaluation. He simply does not want to be bothered. I already had two steroid injections by this point, so how was an oral pack of steroids going to make a difference. He is a piss poor excuse for a doctor and needs to step down and retire. He is not there to help anyone, all he is there for is to collect money and send you on your way. The only other option he offers is surgery, from the condition I have I know there are other alternative options before surgery and wanted to try those first. It is all about the money for this doctor and good luck on getting a call back for medications or GOD FORBID if you need an MRI (you will wait weeks for him to approve it, that's if he ever will). When I asked for my records so I could switch doctors it took them 3 weeks! I called and called and left message after message. Mind you I asked for ALL of my medical records and upon picking them up, everything was not there. He has no bed side manner whatsoever and is downright heartless of his patients conditions. Like I said before, don't waste your time or money seeing this useless doctor. All he is worried about is making money, not helping patients. He will let you suffer and suffer without medications, then when you finally do see him, he tells you your going to need to see another doctor. Instead of wasting patient's time he could say that in the beginning, I believe his ego is just too big for him to say he doesn't know what he is doing. Don't advertise your an orthopedic when my issue is of that nature, then tell me I need to see a Rheumatologist. I saw a doctor after him and explained the whole situation about Millet, the doctor told me he could have helped me. The new doctor also stated I did NOT need to see a Rheumatologist at all. The problem I have can easily be managed by seeing THE RIGHT Orthopedic who knows what treatments are best for my issue. Shame shame on you Millet, I will make sure I tell everyone I know about how horrible you treat your patients. BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!
