David and his staff were always encouraging and work well as a team. Even when they were busy, someone was still available to assist a patient who needed help. They are very skilled, and l felt very confident in their ability to push me enough to make progress, but not so much that I left feeling sore. Because I was there for so long, I saw how they treated everyone with equal attention. I was very impressed by how well they worked with every age group. They worked with confidence and encouragement, whether it was a young athlete or an older patient. The hours are great, and it is easy to make or change an appointment. They really take the time to listen and make patients feel comfortable throughout the recovery process. The techs are also super nice, helpful, and caring, which makes a big difference when you're coming in regularly for treatment. The only downside is that the equipment is definitely showing its age, and the upholstery on of the massage tables has seen better days. I think the owners could really improve the experience by investing in updated equipment and furnishings. That being said, the great staff makes up for the older machinery, and their level of care is the reason I continue coming back.
