The weight and cellulite continued to just drop off well after my secessions were over. I am now in their care again and I am doing endomology /Zerona/Brain Tap/Endo-facial along with/ carnivore diet. Going 3 days a week for 6weeks. I'm on day 8. I dropped a couple lbs just but am losing more in inches. The brain tap is a great way to de-stress and reset you mentally while the latter works on the lymphatic system which flushes out all the toxins, excess fluid and fat and can do some reshaping. You will not be in the office for long. Love the location on Canal street, the office is clean and decorated with New Orleans Artwork. They take my insurance so I only have to pay my co-pay. I recommend calling before hand to make an appointment but they do take walk-ins. Also, they have massage therapists on staff, a great service for your body pain. They always send a 50% of your massage coupon for your birthday, I recommend taking full advance of this discount. Note: the office is only opened Monday- Thursday so plan accordingly.

And there are always tons of people there, whether in the wait room or exercise room. Most wear masks, but the staff does not make patients put them on if they aren't wearing them (which makes me uncomfortable, especially in a small space). Also, the staff was charging me $20 per visit, even though I knew my insurance paid in full (and were telling me that was my insurance copay). When I asked the doctor for a refund, he informed me that $20 is for the "extras" that my insurance doesn't cover - so if you use the roller table, stim, heat/ice packs, or the exercises/stretches he shows you at the end of your visit. I will go back for adjustments only, it's not worth it to me to pay $20 a visit to learn new stretches - I never use the roller table, stim, or heat/ice packs). I'm guessing this extra charge also only applies depending on your insurance. It's worth a visit to try him out and see if his adjustments work for you.

It feels like family and James is always super informative about everything that relates to your body. He even has given me some advice on certain recuperative exercises so I can comeback to 100%.
