We met both in the office and at our home before the project to go line by line through all of the project requirements before starting. Sam at New Leaf provided us with a written project plan and costs for the project. We are normally DIY'ers so Sam worked with us to suggest items we could do ourselves to reduce costs. The work went very quickly and Sam came to the house often to check progress. We received calls immediately if any problems were found to help keep the project on track. Overall New Leaf's original cost estimate was very good. We only ended up paying an extra $100 for some electrical problems that were found when the wall was opened. We would definitely use New Leaf again and recommend them to others. I am only giving a four star review because I do wish there would have been more communication on the design details of the project. Everything turned out fine, but many of the details were not discussed until the day before they were installed leaving me slightly worried and sometimes calling the office to make sure we were on the same page.

The old first level flooring (carpet, laminate and wood) was removed and the new oak flooring was installed throughout all rooms. This turned out beautifully and we've had several compliments from guests. Our kitchen remodel involved removal of all our cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet and appliances. They installed our new cabinets, backsplash, appliances, sink, faucet, under cabinet lighting and pendant lighting over our new granite countertops. We are extremely pleased with the end result! The first floor bathroom project included removal of the toilet, vanity, countertop, faucet and large mirror. They installed our new vanity, countertop, faucet, mirror and toilet. Again, everything came together beautifully. The master bathroom involved removal of the toilet, tub/shower surround, large mirror, vanity, countertop, shower and sink faucets. We had the bathroom repainted. We replaced the tub/shower area with a tile shower including glass tile border, corner shelves, granite bench and threshold, rain shower head with wand and glass door. Ceramic flooring was added, along with a new toilet, vanity, granite countertop, faucets and mirrors. We absolutely love this bathroom! We were always kept in the loop on the status of the different project areas and when team members would be at our house to work on plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, etc. Each team member was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. With a project this large, we knew to expect some glitches. When these occurred, the team immediately brought them to our attention, as well as the project manager and general contractor/company owner. We were informed of the plan to resolve these issues. Our project manager Steven and general contractor/owner Michael were exceptional people to work with. They were involved in every aspect of our project, made sure we were pleased with the progress, diligently worked to resolve any unforeseen issues and were always available by phone/text/email. We would highly recommend LaLoggia Construction & Remodeling for any project big or small!
