The vibe was just right and as I entered the leasing office I met Jennifer and Vinci which not only were they super amazingly friendly but extremely helpful. They showed me my new apartment and took the time to guide me step by step on the application process and although we faced some difficulties with the portal and application process they guided me through the entire process till the very end and I'm very thankful and excited to start my new journey here at the countrywood apartments :) Jenn and Vinci you guys rock! Maintenance staff in particular have always been very responsive and helpful when we have asked for a repair. The staff were also kind when we needed an ADA accommodation for my daughter. All amenities (pool, club house and gym) are always well take care of and clean! I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime and their leasing process was definitely the smoothest, quickest and most time efficient. As a nice touch. they even provided a little goodie bag upon move-in that included basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products.... their customer service is unmatched in the area. As for the complex, I've lived here just a few weeks, but have had no issues at all.

Upon the move in, Tee explained everything and I already feel a good sense of security :) They take parking matters seriously and I have absolutely no problem with that. Guests and unregistered cars are a no go, and I'm really happy with that! My previous apartment complex has a huge problem with that, there would be random cars parked on free guest spots for days and even WEEKS, maintenance or security doesn't do anything about it. I have problems finding parking as it is, so my new home here will make me feel less stressed and more safe. I'm all about rules to make residents like myself feel safe where they live. One woman barely looked up before saying, "Come back at 3:30." We returned at 3:19, no one else was there, I asked if we could tour now since we had already returned 2 hours later. She pointed some people just around the river bend outside the window lol. She told us to sit down and said she'd take us at 3:30. When other staff came in, she disappeared to the back. That's when we left. Finding housing is already stressful. As someone who works in this industry, I can say this is not how you treat potential residents. Makes me want to become a secret shopper again I refuse to spend my money with someone who is clearly incompetent, and lazy. I mean this is who you would have to communicate with if there is ever anything amiss in your unit. I'm glad we walked out, we found a beautiful condo in a much nicer community. Again just go with Greystar and avoid this mess. Majestic Realty Co. tsk tsk ;). I hope the owners get a hold of hiring staff, looked like it could be a nice place if they focus on what customer service does for a business.

Car was broken into more than once and was held at gunpoint. Management is accusing me of this being false accusations when I clearly have a police report.! I felt very unsafe here afterwards and let management know and they never responded. Also, after I gave my 30 day notice. The maintenance guy was caught going through our personal belongings. The front desk receptionist was advised, and she tried to justify why he was going through our belongings. When we clearly have proof in the email saying, we weren't gonna be out until a certain date. And she tries to brush it off and apologize, saying she thought I would've been out sooner. My privacy was invaded. Please don't let me forget the little front desk receptionist which goes by the name Rocio. She is a very rude individual. I don't see why they have her as manager. Also, she lives on the property and makes people feel very uncomfortable !!! She's very unprofessional and gets out of line and does not know her place!!

When we moved out we later got an email stating that we would not get any of our deposit back, and that we also owed them an additional $600. Upon further reading they said this was due to "multiple holes in the wall" (interesting), as well as the smell of dog urine on the carpet. They claimed that they now had to install new walls with new paint and put in new carpet. The new walls is hilarious considering we got the green light to drill holes in the wall. I even patched them and painted over it with matching paint you could hardly tell it had been touched. And sure as hell there was no dog urine smell. My dog is 8 years old and very well trained. He has not had an accident in a home since he was a puppy. The apartments are decent and they are in a nice part of town. The management is just apparently willing to rip people off.
