Well, as they say **IT HAPPENS! Let's see...one roller broke, the pin feel out. The middle bracket partially came apart when the door buckled. Both tracks were slightly out of alignment and it was not easy to get it closed until it could be repaired. The staff was great in getting the Service tech, Edison, out to diagnose and fix it.
