Our doir kept popping back up. He did some trouble shooting. He reprogrammed the garage door and showed me how to do it as well. Then he straightened the tracks and lubricated everything. He showed me where to put WD40 and said to do it every 6 months. It fixed the issue and he said to call right away if it happens again and he would not charge for another service call. He only charged their very reasonable service call charge. He wasn't trying to sell me on anything new. And he took the time to teach me how to take care of the door to alleviate future problems.
