My yard was sprayed and from day one the ants were still visible everywhere. I contacted owner two weeks later and let him know of problem. He called me and let me know he has been in business for 15 years with no complaints. Unfortunately he did not offer any solutions. The ants are still a problem so called again. This time I was called from an unlisted phone number and told by owner that he sprayed my yard and if I need him to respray I can get on a monthly plan like most of his customers. He led me to believe initially that this service would last about a year for the price I paid. He never mentioned that they normally spray once a month. The number he left to call back was an office number and I wasn't able to talk to him. Why would I pay for monthly service when my yearly service that I paid for did not last even two weeks? Actually it never worked! I am totally dissatisfied with being out close to $300 for nothing. Customer service is non existent at this business. They never offered to even look at the problem and blamed it on heavy rains. I pointed out to owner that I had called way before we had all the recent rain.
