I wanted to love this place because it has a designated play area for young children, which initially seemed perfect for my one-year-old. Unfortunately, the condition of that space was incredibly disappointing. The toys, books, and children's table were visibly dirty. The toy bin contained not only dusty toys, but also trash, old plastic scraps, and pieces of paper. The fabric storage bin itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Concerned about my daughter playing in that environment, I spent time wiping down the toys and table, throwing away the obvious trash, and organizing the books. The paper towels were black with dirt after cleaning. Instead of appreciating the effort, a staff member (a blonde woman) confronted me, condescendingly scolded me for cleaning the play area, and warned that I could be banned if I did it again. I explained that my daughter had been sneezing repeatedly because of the dust and that some of the items mixed into the toys were not safe for children. Despite that, the bin containing the dirty toys and trash was placed right back into the play area. The lack of cleanliness was concerning enough, but the way the situation was handled by management was even more disappointing. We won't be returning, but at least we left the children's area cleaner than we found it. read more

That said, we do need to clarify what occurred during your visit. While we appreciate your efforts to wipe down toys and surfaces, we cannot allow guests to discard items from our play area. During the incident, a bin containing toys that did not meet your personal standards was thrown away, and additional garbage was placed into the bin. This created the impression that all of the contents had originated from our play area, which was not an accurate representation of the situation. When our staff spoke with you, the concern was not that you were cleaning. It was that items belonging to the business had been discarded without authorization. In any business, removing or disposing of property is not acceptable, regardless of intent. You were advised that repeating this behavior could result in being asked not to return. We take cleanliness seriously and regularly maintain our facility. We also welcome guests to bring concerns to our staff so they can be addressed appropriately. Very inhospitable place, signs everywhere but not one with a number to call when machines rip you off and you can't even use their bathrooms

Good selection of sizes of machines- both washers and dryers- in 3 different sizes. Facility is very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with one of the washing machines- and called the number posted in the door -Brad was there to help in less than 5 minutes. There are plenty of roller bins to help you move your laundry from the washing machines to the dryers. Highly recommend read more

The new owner has some serious and concerning mental issues and should not be in charge of anything related to customer service! The owner took pictures with his phone of me and my boyfriend when we were simply just sitting waiting for our laundry. I couldn't believe that i saw him do it considering he already has cameras filming every angle of the place that's broadcasted on a tv in the center of the whole laundry room. He pretended to be on a phone call in a weird unnatural way and walked right in front of us with his phone pointing at us the whole time.. when he turned to walk back into the back room i saw his phone was on camera so after that i made sure he saw me staring at him while he walked around doing nothing on his phone. My breaking point was when he sat super close behind my boyfriend who didn't know he slid behind him to then record him switching his load of laundry. I then walked up and asked him if there was a problem and asked why he was taking pictures and videos of us? He started yelling and making a scene saying he didn't take no pictures and that im crazy and to shut the f*** up! There was at least 3-5 other customers doing laundry so i'm surprised someone who apparently owns a business would act so immature and flat out creepy. I kept telling him it's pointless to lie and that that's extremely weird to do and his defense was "why would i take pictures if i have cameras recording 24/7?!" i told him "idk that's what i'm curious about because we both know your taking pictures of us and it's inappropriate especially as a business owner to do that on your personal cellphone!" He admitted doing it after getting in my face and almost getting physical with my boyfriend in front of everyone... He later came up and told us he thought we were people a random homeless man in town sent to "get a layout of the place" and that's why he recorded us and took pictures of our plates etc.. Its inexcusable. Customers shouldn't feel this way when going to do something innocent like laundry... This was the first time coming here since 2021 when I used to go here every other week to shower for 5 bucks and do laundry in peace but now it's got a creepy vide to the whole place and they don't have showers anymore unless you call the owner to come down (from his apartment that's attached) and turn on the hot water and stand outside the door until your 5-10 minutes is up and it costs $8 now instead of 5 because "of the economy". It's super sad seeing this hidden gem go to crap over the years. Ive never seen someone let alone A BUSINESS OWNER act so crazy and inconsiderate to people's comfort and have no respect for customers. Just don't go here especially with children.. I sure won't unless the owners change i'm never going back to this 13 cameras scary movie laundromat... read more

The new manager is abslutely rude and unprofessional and accused my boyfriend and his "little friends" of stealing free showers and said she would just start locking the bathroom doors so nobody else could use them. My boyfriend is 52 years old and doesn't have "little friends." He was doing his laundry and went into the bathroom that has a shower in it to brush his teeth and shave before he had to go to work and she came beating on the door telling him everything was on camera so he politely asked her to call the police so they could review his so called crimes. Not even sure where this lady was coming from but she was out of line completely. We spend a lot of money doing our laundry there and I'd hate to have to endure that type of verbal abuse on a regular basis. I'll just spend the gas money to go to wenatchee to do my laundry if she is going to be there treating people that way. read more
