They have a restroom, shower, and complimentary laundry facility while you stay. The park is walking distance to the beach - a huge bonus. They have a covered area to hang out in, and there has been a few small gatherings with music from other campers to end a great beach day. The road in the park is EXTREMELY rough. My RV lost power to half the 5th wheel so I called an RV repairman to fix the problem. There was nothing wrong with my RV or power cord. Problem was with the Parks meter setup and half of the 50 AMP breaker wasnt working. The park owner Melik came out and replaced the 50 AMP breaker. When I asked to be reimbursed or deduct the $140 the repairman charged me from my rent, Melik said that wouldn't happen and I could chalk this up to a life learning experience And that I could consider myself LUCKY that he came out on a Saturday instead of waiting till Monday to repair the problem. The park owner was rude to me and the repairman who stayed to make sure the owner corrected the problem before he left. I have only been in this park for 3 weeks and will be moving my RV before rent comes due.

While we were there, the adjacent property had construction equipment running all day, and they were tearing down trees along the water's edge outside the park fence and leveling the ground. Our site was on the East side backed up to the property under construction. The noise didn't bother us too much as it was mostly during the day. I walked my leashed pup around the park a few times a day. They had pet clean up stations around the park to pick up after your pet. There was a pavilion with BBQ grill that you could use, as well as a playground for the kids. They also had a pool up by the office inside a gated area with rules posted. It was a good stop on our trip and I may return again if I'm in the area.

The owners, manager, and all tenants are very friendly and helpful. We evacuated for Tropical Storm Imelda and they helped us every step of the way. This truly is an absolute slice of paradise. Just minutes from all local refineries including Sabine Pass. Public dove hunting lands less than 2 miles, hog hunting, and duck hunting. There is a golf course less than 5 miles from the park.

It's a quiet, clean park with only 16 lots. It's gated and has security cameras and laundry facilities. The lots are huge compared to all the others I've seen. You are spaced perfectly from your neighbor (not 5 steps away), in a fenced yard, with a storage shed and picnic table. They offer all bills paid, which includes; water, sewer, cable, wifi, yard maintenance, and ELECTRIC! Has hook-ups for 30 and 50 amp. I love it here! Hence, the 2 yr tenant

The owner is out and about in the park frequently, and he's always willing to chat with everyone, take suggestions, hear what people think, etc. He's very friendly, and the whole place just has a friendly, welcoming vibe. It's very safe, in a great location - removed enough from the city to be peaceful but Walmart and restaurants are a quick drive down the road. Laundry facilities and showers are well maintained, always very clean. Definitely five stars for this park!
