The main problem I had was the train tracks located right behind this place, and the trains ran all night honking the horns at times, and I could feel a low vibration in my trailer when they rode by. I imagine the people that live there may not notice it after getting used to it. The park itself I had no problem with, just the constant trains. At $45 per night, it wasn't the best deal in my opinion.

The road in the park is EXTREMELY rough. My RV lost power to half the 5th wheel so I called an RV repairman to fix the problem. There was nothing wrong with my RV or power cord. Problem was with the Parks meter setup and half of the 50 AMP breaker wasnt working. The park owner Melik came out and replaced the 50 AMP breaker. When I asked to be reimbursed or deduct the $140 the repairman charged me from my rent, Melik said that wouldn't happen and I could chalk this up to a life learning experience And that I could consider myself LUCKY that he came out on a Saturday instead of waiting till Monday to repair the problem. The park owner was rude to me and the repairman who stayed to make sure the owner corrected the problem before he left. I have only been in this park for 3 weeks and will be moving my RV before rent comes due.

We stayed at this park in December on our way from Florida to Arizona. While we were there, the adjacent property had construction equipment running all day, and they were tearing down trees along the water's edge outside the park fence and leveling the ground. Our site was on the East side backed up to the property under construction. The noise didn't bother us too much as it was mostly during the day. I walked my leashed pup around the park a few times a day. They had pet clean up stations around the park to pick up after your pet. There was a pavilion with BBQ grill that you could use, as well as a playground for the kids. They also had a pool up by the office inside a gated area with rules posted. It was a good stop on our trip and I may return again if I'm in the area.

Sites are concrete with a picnic table. We wanted to stay hooked up to our 5th wheel and we were able to get a long pull-thru. Their WiFi worked great. Not too thrilled with the dog walk and they don't allow dogs by the pond. The dog walk was mostly overgrown, with a narrow strip mowed to walk your dog. We're used to more of a dog area where they can run around. Also, only have one set of bathrooms all the way at the office. That was really annoying, because we stayed hooked up and weren't able to use those at all. We thought we could stay on the way back, but we'll probably look for something else.
