The line started to wrap around self check out. Self check out was FULL. And the cashier seemed stressed when I got up there. I saw a bunch of employees at the customer service desk doing absolutely NOTHING! This location is notorious for lazy employees!!! My second experience was a few days ago when I went to self checkout to check out a couple items for dinner. There was only one cashier again! As I was checking out my self checkout machine said the coupon box was full? When I asked for assistance the self checkout employee saw me rolled her eyes and finished her conversation and then walked over to me. Her name was serenity. She had the nastiest attitude ever! After she fixed the machine I said thank you, she looked at me and walked away back to her conversation with the other employee. Management needs to do better!!
