Ralphie was an aggressive dog and a menace who terrorized every repairman and friend who came to visit. But Ray was able to earn Ralphie's trust and within a week Ralphie was out in public walking by his side! This man has a gift and a passion for what he does. Communication was easy and reliable through the whole process. He kept me updated on Ralphie's progress with lots of videos. And I could tell by the tell by the tail wags that my pup was having fun. Ray was easy to work with and solved all our issues. Today Ralphie can go everywhere with us - on errands, even to outdoor cafes to eat with friends. Training here was a total game changer for us.
