He spent so much time over the weekend answering my questions and making sure everything was perfect. I picked up the bike which he prepared to be fully woods safe and legal and did it in 24 hours. Truly amazing experience. Thanks Rob! Now its time to rip!!

**UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.

I got it home as a "road ready " bike and I took it out first nice day and the stator went out on me the first 20 mins ( witch is one of the most common issues with these r1s) I then had to trailer it up to get it fixed, after having it for 2 weeks finally said it was ready to pick up, I got it back home and rode it and it was leaking from the gasket and then soon after that the starter went out too, after I did all the work on it the bike was running great, I unfortunately totaled it not too long after, I asked for gap just incase something like this happened and they did not include that in the warranties that they where trying to sell me even though it was the biggest thing I wanted, now a year later I have been trying to cancel the warranty for a month now and have decided to call the warranty company myself and SPENCER never sent it through even though I have called and emailed to check on it and he said that the warranty company was corking on it, they cannot work on it if you never send it in SPENCER, I highly recommend never buying anything from this dealership and especially SPENCER as a salesman, he is very unhappy and unwilling to help at all, just another money hungry salesman.

This year, for whatever reason (more on that in a moment), the service has fallen off the cliff. TWICE this year, I have made appointments for dropping off the bike, called the day before to confirm, and on the day I was to drop off the bike, there was a problem. So twice this year, it has been a total waste of time and money taking bike down there only to be turned away. The technician there seems to be really good, and knows his stuff. I really don't have any complaints with any of the actual WORK that has been done. The problem is in the front of the house, namely with the owner and the person he has answering his phone (which is his son, I believe). There seems to be no communication, and what's worse, there is no consideration given to customer service/addressing customer complaints. No sorry, no money off your bill, no bring your bike in next time and we'll make it right for you. Just blank stares. This place has gotten so bad, that I have chosen to go back to the dealerships. Dealerships are also known as "stealerships", and that's why I avoided them in the first place. But Zack's has gotten so bad, I have no choice but to go back.

The Bike came back with the rear tire mounted backwards and on one of the front calipers both bolts were only finger tightened Next time was for a fluids change out of the Triumph Explorer, as well as new tires. This was supposed to take 2 days but took a week. The mechanics had no idea how to change the coolant fluid. They told me I had to find the maintenance manuals for them to do the job. I'm sorry but that's what your job is.. The bike was finally picked up a week later with out the coolant job done. 3rd and final time. I had a repair job for my Thruxton that was laid down. Minor repair work of a scratched tank and a few bolt on items. Mirror, clutch lever, shifter. The clutch wasn't adjusted so the bike wouldn't start (safety sensor) in position 3 or 4 on the clutch lever. The shifter was mounted incorrectly. Lastly the owner talked me into an air injector removal to get more performance. I agreed to do it while the bike was in. The AI removal job was a hack job. He removed the tubes and capped the taps but left the MAF sensors and pump sensor unplugged. This lead to a check engine light on that won't go out. Resistors need to be added for this to be done correctly. Now the Thruxton is at the dealer having the hack work corrected and overall checked over to make sure nothing else was missed. I can't stress enough what a terrible experience this shop has been each time. Malisa can't keep any timelines she promises and is rude. If you want your bike done right the first time Do Not Go Here!
