This is the worst store not just pawn shop I have ever been in. I have counted 8/10 times that I have been there as the buyer. Didnt buy anything because the owner and or employee just talk and talk and talk to someone. They don't have prices on half the stuff so have to wait for them to finish talking just for a price check. I am trying to purchase items. I don't understand the lack of help. Also he thought my watch didn't have a battery, once I Rectified his error which the watch had battery and was working fine. He lowballed me to the extreme that pawn shop is a piece of shit. So I had Purchased a vehicle programmer from river pawn off the internet and had it shipped to me. When I revived the programmer I plugged it into the trucks port and right off the bat the cord is defective and you have to hold it a a 90 degree angle for it to work then to my surprise it was vin locked to another vehicle. I contacted river pawn to let them know to unlock it would be $250, I told them I could either return it to them or i would even be willing to pay to have it fixed if they met me half way on the price. I was ignored. Im a honest hard working individual and I got screwed over right before the holidays, BIG thanks to River Pawn for the unprofessionalism, let down, and all the inconveniences. I'll be leaving this review on every site possible so people know what to expect doing business with them. read more
