Cable didn't work and when we went to the office to discuss they provided a Cable box. That didn't work either. WI-FI, its an open WI-FI so service is spotty and we had very little of it. So when they advertise WI-FI just know there isn't a password. You may or may not get Cable i guess it depends on spot your in. We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.

But be careful the winds do pick up and will blow your shade structure or motorhome awning quite a bit! We found the staff so helpful and nice. Lou traveled around, greeted the guests even on the beach with his golf cart making sure everyone was happy and didn't need anything. The young girl in the front office was also helpful. The clubhouse is nice and big and we were able to use it and cool off for games. I'm sure our Group will be back.

I was in the first spot adjacent to the road (10' away) so I felt a little exposed and had products in the bed of my truck. Well, no issues. It was quite with minimum road noise. The "neighbors" came over and invited us for drinks around their campfire. Everyone in the park waves when you pass by. Very inviting! We've stayed next door at the Arizona Oasis RV Resort (gated). Both parks have the same great vibe.

They offer a fully fenced DOG PARK, a kids playground and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a cooking area,board games&library,comfortable seating,with card tables&a pool table. The shower house has great water pressure, the whirlpool spa is hot with strong jets, the coin laundry is s fair price and in good repair . All the public areas are kept very clean.StAff ,,, All care , obviously. The rates here are more than reasonable for weekly or monthly, overnight is a bit more costly. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

My boyfriend discovered this RV resort thought it looked really cool so we made a 1 night reservation to stay as fun as it was I wished we had stayed 2 nights. This is by no means is a brand new RV resort it's actually pretty dated but it's super quiet and right on the river. There was an over abundance of mosquitoes and there was a lot of permanent residents that don't keep their mobile homes or lots kept up. But the view was absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and the had a very convenient little store/check in office right on site. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a couple of nights during the off season.

After a few months they raised the rent and said they where going to fix up the place well the bathrooms where horrible and broken shower heads, locks on door and the site smelled like sewer which made our trailer stink up. I decided to find somewhere else to stay let them know. Well when it was time to refund my money since I only stayed a week in the month they said they can't do that. No where did it state if you leave earlier you don't get a pro-rate amount back. Another thing is the contract states no loud noise after 10pm but when I complained about people partying till 2am they said they can't do anything about it. I would wouldn't recommended this place to anyone.

It's the one on the right hand side. Make sure you can clear the right gate before pulling forward. For the larger rigs, perhaps park along the street. They have nice spacious sites. I didn't feel congested among my neighbors. The river access makes this place a winner. Bring a cooler of your favorite beverages and enjoy the view. Also don't forget your fishing pole. I truly regretted. Staff was quick to get us in and make corrections to our assigned site. There was someone parking at our spot but that problem went away quickly. I truly appreciated that. One thing I do wish are gravel covered sites to minimize dirt getting everywhere. Great place nonetheless. 5 stars!
