After paying this, it was one thing after another with them needing new information or they needed me to resend things that I had already sent more than once. If they did answer the phone, every single time they would say the same thing, "let me call the underwriter's, give me a call back in 15 minutes." I would call back a dozen times and nobody would answer. Not only did they screw me out of $550("for the loan process") but they also made a charge for $175 that they never asked or told me about.

The online accounting is easy as well, I have the app (although I wish that there was ApplePay for my bank. The only down side (which doesn't bother me much it helps me save anyways) is that since it is a credit union they are closed on weekends so my paychecks (which process on saturdays) don't go through until Monday morning when they open. Or, per usual, any payments or charges made on the weekend don't clear until Monday as well. But like I said it doesn't bother me much. I highly recommend this bank if you are an employee or family member of an employee. The interest rates for loans are also fairly low and reasonable. They also have cash back rewards and atm fee returns.

I also wanted to give a huge thank you to both Jesse H and Eric from Commercial Lending; who have helped set me up with the proper loans to help my business grow. Thanks guys!
