When we stopped in, Dylan was extremely helpful and explained the different account options. We decided to wait until after our vacation to get everything set up, and when we came back, the process couldn't have gone any better. We didn't have to wait at all, we walked right in, sat down with Dylan, and he made sure everything came together for us. There was a little hiccup, but KT, the branch manager, quickly got that resolved. My wife already had an account with Trustone, but now with the new joint account, we feel set up for success. We really appreciated how easy the whole process was, how professional and friendly Dylan and KT were, and how welcomed we felt as new customers. Thanks to them, we're confident this is the start of a long relationship with Trustone.

On September 15, 2015 I was told by Daniel Vishnevetsky, a mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo,…read morethat I qualified for a 5/1 ARM mortgage with a rate of 3.375%. I had signed a purchase agreement to purchase a property and had a closing date of September 29, 2015. On September 21, 2015 I was told that I didn't qualify for the 5/1 ARM and the mortgage was changed to a 4.750% 30 year fixed. I was forced to accept this loan due to the rapidly approaching closing date which did't allow me enough time to apply with another lender. Wells Fargo subsequently send me a letter asking for feedback on the loan process. In addition to my main concern regarding the bait and switch on the terms, there were a number of fairly minor but annoying communication problems with Daniel Vishnevetsky. Wells Fargo investigated and declined to change the account to the ARM I was offered. They did however in a letter dated February 3, 2016 and signed by Chase Van Zee send me a check for $500 "due to the incorrect documentation you received when the application started". They took the issue seriously enough that "we contacted the managers of the areas involved to that they can review the situation and take appropriate action". I inquired again about the issue and and received a letter dated April 1, 2016 and signed by Tyler Harris in which he writes "We truly regret the miscommunication that took place origination of your loan and the appropriate management staff has been notified of your concerns." I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's office and received a letter in response from Wells Fargo dated July 13, 2016 and signed by Tyler Harris in which he writes "Our research indicates your mortgage consultant wasn't aware that you wouldn't have been eligible for the ARM loan at the 3.375% during the application process." The "incorrect documentation", "miscommunication", and the fact that their employee, "your mortgage consultant wasn't aware" or in my words didn't know his job is all on Wells Fargo.

I used them to get my Medicare and supplemental insurance as well as my husband's private medical insurance through MNSure. Not only did I not get the dental I thought I had signed up for, the agent took my kids off the application under my husband and they lost their insurance! I've spent months trying to correct this on my own which is impossible since it's going between two systems (MNSure and the county) which is why I wanted their help in the first place. They washed their hands of me and surprise! The agent who messed up doesn't work there anymore!! Oh but if you want to rent blow up bouncy houses, he has those. He was much more focused on that than his JOB! I'm disabled and needed help. I can not recommend them to ANYONE!

My account was…read morerandomly closed, no reason was given to me via phone and my questions couldn't be answered, I was told i would be transferred to another department but then i was met with the same attitude of "I don't know go in and ask lol" energy. The woman i called seemed like she was bored, and did not care. She lacked empathy as this was closed when I had financial obligations and a whole paycheck coming from my job that I work my butt off at. This unpleasant and pretentious Wings' Staff Member said they sent me a letter "warning me" on May 12th (it's June 3rd) that my account would be closed "due to a negative balance" if i didn't take the two weeks to make a deposit. I have gotten paid within that time period multiple times from when that "warning" was made - and my account was never negative, and i never received said letter. I have dealt with them randomly issuing Overdraft Fees on my account when they aren't negative and they have blamed it on their AI Systems and refused to refund me. I've only gotten one singular refund. It's crazy, maybe you should maybe NOT rely on AI when it's our money? Just a thought. Stop cutting corners. Anyhow, she said i would need to go to someone to "figure it out" and I eventually hung up because I was disgusted by her lack of knowledge and overall disgusting attitude. Hopefully you guys hire staff members that actually like doing their jobs because there's a ton of people who would gladly take her job and do it better.
