The Northern Highlands are just a magical place I can't get enough of. There's always a walk to discover, another viewpoint to check out - amazing views all the way. Nature at its best. And this little viewpoint is a great one. There's enough room for a handful of cars beside this one-lane road. And the views are spectacular. The hills, the river Dionard making its way through the glen...it's how you picture the Highlands. It's a quiet, peaceful spot - there was nobody there except us on that cloudy summer day and only few cars passing through. Of course there are many spots to check out, but this one's worth a stop.
