This is a really charming little place (if you get to go in on a little boat, even better), I came here on my jaunt around the NC500, and it's worth the little walk down and the break in your journey. It's quite large, with little offshoots, and rather pretty. Don't wear your best shoes though, crossing the opening could get you soggy feet. read more
