I went to pay for my treatment and the staff told me there was no charge! I have always liked the beautiful facility and professional staff and of course Doctor Rinehart, but I think he truly cares about his patient and today his actions were proof of this, I normally don't make reviews (good or bad) , but felt moved to do so today. He arrived at that time, only to be told he should have been there at 9:00 AM to complete paperwork--and that there was no longer enough time for his appointment. He rescheduled for Monday. Shortly after, the office called to change the rescheduled time, which was fine. But then they called again to say he had "rescheduled/canceled too many times" and that the dentist was refusing to see him at all. Just be aware--this is the kind of policy and attitude you're dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your timing, even on a first visit, you may find yourself dropped altogether. We've brought our children here multiple times in the past, but after this experience, we won't be returning. I've never encountered such inflexibility in a practice that serves the public. It just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dentists out there.

I can tell they like where they work and their boss. He allows time to numb up and has a beautiful numbing technique. I am really hate getting needles especially in my mouth so you can imagine how I feel about having nine cavities. I go here bc this is not your average dental experience . I was told I needed a cavity filled and scheduled the appointment in late October. I had it filled by Dr. wilson, two weeks later I was still having pain in that tooth, I texted them and they told me to come in. I was told it was just not shaped correctly, so they took some of the filling off and sent me on my way. Two weeks after that, around thanksgiving I was still having issues, so I called and they told me to come down. I went down and they did a third x ray and she told me it looked like the tooth they had filled was fractured with an infection. They gave me a referral to Northwest endodontist and a prescription for amoxicillin. I went to the endodontist who told me they weren't sure why I'd been refered to them as all I needed was a root canal and crown. I got the root canal from them since they had an opening sooner, and then got sent on my way back to epic to get the crown. They got me in about two weeks later, now having has a temporary crown in for a while with some significant pain. Realizing they hadn't given me a quote for the crown I asked and was told it was close to $500, that they were apparently not going to tell me was the oop amount until I got there I suppose. This is on top of the $400 for the originally work, $200 to see the endodontist that I didn't need to see, $350 for the root canal and $200 for the X-rays and exams. A cavity filling at epic dental has costed me 1200 to date without the $500 for the crown. Id had good experiences with them when it comes to cleanings and exams, but this last couple months trying to get cavity filled has been a nightmare, a long, painful expensive nightmare.

I saw Dr. Heather Jones and she and her staff have become angels in my life -- REALLY. My 2 front teeth were fixed today, and I have my confidence back and ... just feel so grateful that she listened to my concerns and cared about me. She and her staff are sweet and kind and funny and down-to-earth and ALSO very skilled at what they do! Their equipment beat anything I ever saw in Houston, which surprised me, since Houston is a big city and Centerton is not. I was also informed after I arrived that they are not a part of my network when I was specifically told the day I made the appointment that they are. When asked what the cost would be the receptionist then laughed at me and said "your insurance is actually haha really bad" and said it would be $75 instead of completely covered. Laughing at a person's insurance in the front lobby is tacky and very unprofessional. Will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else go there either.
