Dr Raymond Jones is a therapist who does his job with his whole heart. I have worked with many many…read moretherapists, and he is one of the few that I truly trust. He goes above and beyond the typical psychologist. I've always been able to tell that he does his job for love of the people over the priority of paycheck. He keeps his prices reasonable, despite his high degree of education. He brings in such a wide variety of therapy perspectives from knowledge of addiction to relationships to hypnosis and a very open mind to discuss spirituality, if that's desired. He can hold space and patience and perspective for what I'm going through. I've been told by other therapists that Im too complex or frustrating, and Dr. Jones doesn't give up as long as I'm willing to keep going. I recommend him 6 stars, but I'll settle for 5 stars since that's all Yelp has got.

He has walked with me through all my family of origin healing and the loss of my son from mental illness by suicide. I feel as if I owe my life to Dr Jones. He's an amazing one of a kind therapist and I always say he's not the best businessman Bc sometimes he doesn't get back right away with scheduling or billing but I don't go to therapy for a good businessman. I go for healing therapy. He's the best. Give him a try. You won't regret it

I'm writing this review to hopefully prevent anyone from experiencing what I did. A therapist I had…read morepersonally, as a client broke so many HIPAA violations I couldn't count them all on one hand. This person talked about information regarding other clients details/ experiences and as a family therapist for some all of that information as well, which is extremely inappropriate. The fact that this happened on multiple occasions speaks volumes about this company and who they trust to work with your kids. I was not made aware of my rights to report everyone involved when these violations happened because managing people were only concerned for their well-being and their jobs, not protecting future or present clients wellbeing's whatsoever. The bigger management team overlooking this facility lacks the skills to handle situations of HIPAA violations and hiring serious professionals to help already struggling people. This made my mental go down lower than it's ever been during that time, with lingering effects to this day. Please don't send your kids to ROWI especially not Covina or Upland..

This review is based on my personal experience as a teen in ROWI Teen Covina's IOP and PHP…read moreprograms. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative and contributed to a decline in my mental health. The programs were very different from how they were described during intake. Many activities that were presented as part of the program did not actually happen. Groups were often repetitive, inconsistent, and held in the same small room every day. Several group leaders repeated the same content weekly, and some sessions involved little to no structure. A large amount of time was spent sitting without engaging therapeutic activities. Some groups consisted only of open discussion, which was especially difficult for teens who struggle with communication. Other times, unrelated topics were discussed, or a video was played with little guidance or interaction. There was excessive downtime. Many teens sat quietly waiting for the program to end, which felt isolating and unhelpful for those dealing with depression or anxiety. The environment felt understimulating and disengaging rather than supportive. Staff experiences varied. While a few were kind, others came across as dismissive or unprofessional. At times, support felt minimal, such as being given a fidget or paper and left alone despite visibly struggling. I did not receive the level of individualized care that was implied. This program was not a good fit for me, especially as someone who has difficulty communicating and fitting in. I left feeling more discouraged than when I started. Given the cost, I expected significantly more therapeutic support. I regret attending this program and would encourage families to carefully research and ask detailed questions before enrolling.

He's straight forward and actually gives feedback. He's not a counselor to just sit there, listen and say "OK, so what are you thoughts about that?" During a crisis, my husband and I asked to see the therapist who had helped us before. We were told she wasn't available, with no real effort made to fit us in. Instead, they offered to book us with someone new, but only after we paid an outstanding balance we never knew existed because we'd never received a bill. This wasn't the first issue. Months earlier, I received an automated message saying all my individual appointments would be canceled unless I resolved a separate billing issue within 24 hours. This was after years as a client, always paying on time, and even patiently waiting while they fixed their own error of double-charging both my insurance and me. For a practice built on care and understanding, the behind-the-scenes treatment of clients shows very little of either.

She helped us as a family guide our family member to the right resources, doctors, and medication's and continues this day to help our family member rebuild their life. Too many professionals don't understand this illness and therefore don't recognize it. Our family is going through a difficult situation and I wanted her to have someone to talk to that is unbiased. Going to Karen Allan's Crossroads ended up being a disastrous mistake. The therapist under Karen's employ decided to take sides with my wife rather than serve my daughter. She turned my daughter further against me and codifies negative, harmful behavior. She's disrespectful, dishonest, and demeaning to me and has made clear that fathers' are not important to children. She even gives lip service to Christian values while making a mockery of what they actually stand for. If you're thinking of taking your child here for help (particularly if you're a father), don't. These people talk sweetly and gently while causing your child long-term harm. I don't want another person to suffer the way this clinic has caused me under the malevolent guidance they offer.
