A couple weeks ago, we needed them cleaned and Midwest came out and provided a bid, and while they cleaned, they also offered to do what they could to correct the angle of the gutters that the other company failed to install correctly. Our older house also needed a little personalized work on the roof, and the ops manager Branden came out himself and did the work for us. Also, at time of quote, they were about 2.5 weeks out (easy to understand, working in the summer, and with recent thunderstorms and heavy winds). We weren't in a rush, but a couple days later, the team called and said they had a last minute cancellation and asked if they could swing by and service our gutters. They could have headed to the next customer early and stayed in the air conditioning but they wanted to take care of the customer. Would absolutely recommend Midwest Roofing Services again and will call them in the future.

I would not choose to do business with Rhoden Roofing again. In my experience, the process required…read moresigning numerous fine-print authorizations on the salesperson's laptop that effectively gave the contractor control over insurance payments and communications with my insurance company. I was repeatedly told not to worry because they would "take care of everything" and that my only responsibility would be paying the deductible. Several months later, after the company had already collected substantially more from the insurance carrier than I believed the work justified, I received what was described as a "final invoice." The document still did not include an itemized breakdown of charges, only a total amount due, and it included charges for work that I do not believe was completed. In addition Rhoden charges a 2.9% fee for using a debit card. Since Federal law makes it illegal to charge a processing fee for debit card transactions (Durbin Amendment to the Dodd-Frank Act), Rhoden plays the word game to try to grab another dollar by calling the fee a "convenience fee". Hiring Rhoden Roofing was a decision I regret. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage homeowners dealing with storm damage or insurance claims to be extremely cautious about assigning insurance payments or claim authority to a contractor they do not know and fully trust. I also strongly recommend obtaining multiple detailed, itemized estimates from reputable roofing companies before signing any agreements or authorizations.

This company came out and claimed they could do my shower for me which the told me it was almost a…read more$20,000 project just for a new shower. I called them told them I needed to reschedule as something came up left a voicemail. I then didn't get a return call to reschedule plus found out I could have my whole bathroom done for what they wanted to charge me just for a shower. Now I open up a letter in the mailbox today dated that I have 10 days to pay for install that never happened because of their neglect to get back with me which was the reason I went with someone else. Letter dated for 10/12/2026 just got it out of my mailbox on 10/28/26. So I had been told 10/22/26 to get back to them or they are now saying they are going to seek legal action or turn over to collections. Mind you they never did install which was for a total of almost $18,000.00. Not a very ethical company. As well never got with me to reschedule; it was too late after I had left them a voicemail a got no call back in timely fashion. The gal that worked for them or works for them said they messed up and should have had a phone call back. Gave her the number that I called and left a voicemail too and she said, "Oh, that's me," and said they would get back with me. At that point they said I had to pay just for the material they received in for about $8,000 but now went from that to almost $18,000 for the job. I guess I will be getting with the news media as well talking to an attorney. Very unethical when they dropped the ball let alone rape people over a 100% profit. Don't use them be aware of the company. Told them to just drop it and it won't be an issue. I guess now we have an issue. Let alone you would have that they would have sent the letter certified so I would have possible received in a timely fashion.

When they finally came out, they showed up without the right ladder and said they'd rely on the original photos anyway. I called the office hoping to work with someone else, but no follow-up there either. As of 10/13, I was told new photos would be submitted for another reinspection. Still nothing. It's been months with zero real progress. Very disappointing experience. I still have roof samples and your sign Lee's roofing !
