I scheduled with Cindy and she told me that if receive a confirmation text which I did receive. I totally rescheduled my whole day around having the cleaning ladies come so that I could be home during the service. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer! Terrible business and customer service to not call a Client if something comes up and you're not able to make it. They totally waisted my time and I'm glad I didn't give my credit card information.
