WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT HIRE…read more If I could leave negative stars, I would. This company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They arrived three hours late with no notice, no apology, and no urgency. Once they finally showed up, it became obvious they were dragging everything out--no surprise since they're paid by the hour. The move took far longer than it should have, and not because of care or caution--because of laziness and poor organization. They came completely unprepared--no moving blankets, no pads, no shrink wrap, no floor protection, nothing. Our furniture was tossed around like yard sale leftovers. Multiple items were damaged, including deep scratches, broken legs, and dented surfaces. They also banged up walls, door frames, and floors in both the old and new house. And if that weren't bad enough, once we arrived at the new place, they flat-out refused to move several items inside--claiming "policy issues" with no real explanation. We had to move them ourselves after paying a fortune for their so-called "professional help." To top it off, when we contacted the manager to complain, they were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in hearing us out. No apology, no accountability, no solution. Just a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. This company is a scam wrapped in incompetence. Do yourself a favor--hire literally anyone else.

Very rude staff; arrived late, then tried to dominate the situation at the pick-up site. They were…read moreunwilling to hear our concerns that some of the boxes we had packed were heavy while other boxes were marked "Fragile" and had breakable items packed in them. All the staff wanted to do was "play Tetra" with our boxes. We are worried that the way boxes were stacked were irregardless what was in them, and that heavy boxes will crush those marked "Fragile." We'll see how much is brokedn when we'll arrive. The "logistics" office makes no sense. They have a "three-hour minimum" service policy for Moncton, even when a job is taking far less time. Oh, and when you are located outside of Moncton, they will increase the number of hours to 4 hours, even though the work takes 2 hours and 32 minutes including travel. I would never hire them again. The "1-star" is not even deserved but this review program required that at least 1 star is ticked off.

All my furniture and boxes were dirty and all had to be wiped down, I had to scrub the dirt off of my beds and sofa. They scratched my dining room table and chairs in several places, brand new set. In addition, they scratch the walls in the Home I moved into. I told the office of my experience and all they were interested in was a critique on the movers and which one was worse. They didn't offer me any kind of discount. This is a terrible company and anybody I know who is considering them I will warn them big time. This was the Moncton, NB business, not Toronto.

He pretended to be helpful and said he'd come to the storage room the next morning to help me find it. But instead of helping me locate it, he took a motorcycle helmet that I had left with the items I hadn't boxed because I was about to deliver them right away. I'm quite concerned about this man. When he was finishing my move on Saturday, the 19th, he had a coffee cup from Tim Hortons. I was standing close to him, and I could smell beer. When I asked him about it, he said, "It's my morning coffee" and made a gesture for me to stay quiet. The next morning same thing with a coffee cup filled with beer. This man is working drunk!!!
