They went through the entire walkthrough process, which I had to take time away from work for. They got me to review the agreement, to which I accepted. Only to find out the next day that their cleaners refused to go to Oromocto. This is a result of poor management. I should have been told Oromocto was not possible before a walkthrough even happened. Management tried to backtrack on what they said about a one time clean not being a problem and tried to phrase it as if they said it was ify if they could fit it in at all. Very unprofesional.

Extremely dissatisfied with I-clean in Moncton both with the service and administrative personnel…read more Upon calling, I requested several items that I was told could be included with no problem. These were important as I have a disability and are the main items I struggle with. Upon commencement of services, I was told these items are actually not included and I would need to have a more expensive "deep clean" booked if I wanted them. A bit of a bait and switch, but I persisted anyway as, with a tight schedule, I required the service. I continued with services in the regular form and have used them for several months now, and immediately upon the very first visit, noticed that the cleaner was stealing time. The person showed up, checked in with the company on a device, and proceeded to remain in the vehicle for approximatly 15 minutes. Upon receiving my invoice, I realized I was also charged with this time. When I disputed the charge (politely) with the company, they refused to correct it. I asked that they at least make sure it doesn't continue to happen. On further visits this continued to happen. Most of the time I didn't report it because it was small and I appreciated having services at all. During the visits in which I was present, I was charged extra time each time and in addition, on a few occasions while I was busy working from home, I stepped out of my office and found the cleaner taking extended breaks and texting - for up to 15-20 minutes at a time. I also often had to go behind a few times and re-clean items that weren't cleaned well. When I was present for the duration of another clean during which the cleaner spent an extended period of time texting, I made sure to note specifically the time of entry and time of exit. I (politely) mentioned them and made sure we were both looking at the same clock so that there would be no confusion. To my surprise I was charged additional time AGAIN. When I called the company with my concern and asked them to correct this one item, they refused and stated that the employees check in via gps and they will not correct the time, AND told me that I was being removed from the cleaning rotation. Unfortunately, it's very easy for employees to remain in their vehicle in front of your house and claim they are working. It's very clear that this company supports their employees no matter what, to the point of assisting them in theft of time from their customers. Their responses to a simple and polite concern have been unprofessional, and the service extremely so. Don't recommend unless you like throwing your hard-earned money away.
