I had a leaky basement, they came in March and fixed the inside.
I still had reservations on if this was going to do the trick as I had to cover the costs of redoing the whole basement.
I gave them another call to come look at the oustside. Got a quote, came on the day agreed opon. opens up the dirt along my basement wall to see that all along the wall my sill sitting on my foundation was completely rotten. Well that was a game changer.
In a panic, I called a carpenter friend of mine. He came over right away. So they figured out a plan to get this done and of course the job grew to 3 times what we expected. The owner Damien gave me a call after speaking with his Forman to advise what this would entail and estimate. We're going ahead. The crew worked all day in tandem with my carpenter and got the job done, also put in French drain, cleared out my drain tile. Sealed the outside wall.
What a great team I had, job done, 1 day. Was on budget.
Thanks so much, I'm now very confident there will be no more redoing the basement for a very very long time.
