They didn't bother cleaning up at all! 3. They left claiming the truck was full, but it clearly had room for a bunch of broken knick-knacks and sundries. I was charged more than $1000 for this. I understand the charge is per truck capacity, but if I've paid more than $1000 for a service, I expect not to have to wait 2 extra hours, not to have the place completely trashed (and hazardous to walk around!), and not for the job to be half-assedly done.

My mother had lived there for over 55 years and accumulated a lot of stuff. Spaceback donated some of the larger pieces of furniture to a charity and gave us the tax donation receipts. And, if you have a strong desire to donate smaller, lover dollar value items such as glassware, clothing, dishes, house hold items and clothing, I strongly suggest that you do that yourself.
