The procedure was so quickly and easily done, it was a great experience. They guided me through every step of what they were doing and even let me pick what music we could listen to during the surgery (I was passed out but still- super nice to wake up to it). Once I woke up again they gave this very handy face wrap to ice my cheeks/jaw. Before I even went into surgery and had my consultation they played a video for me that easily explained what the procedure is like and what to expect. They made sure all my questions were answered before making a decision to doing the surgery with them. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have this procedure done.

They have state of the art equipment which looked like something out of The Jetsons & took imaging of my head. Dr. Pedroletti showed me the imaging & explained to me what was going on & how he could fix it. Surgery day was easy. He & his staff were so kind & helped me calm my nerves through just small talk & being friendly. Everything was just as he said it would be. It's now been 3 months since my surgery & I'm so glad I had it done with him. I didn't realize the impact it would make on the quality of my life. Now that I don't have the mouth issues, I no longer feel anything in my mouth. I realize that I had been living with pain & discomfort & that's suddenly gone! I'm so grateful to Dr. Pedroletti! I came in for a regular cleaning and after I was done I proceeded to the counter to submit my payment. When I was handed the final statement I found some interesting charges. My Insurance covered the examination and the X-rays, but I had to pay $10 for the office visit (what???) $40 for the x-ray reading (so the X-ray were included but I had to pay to the dentist to look at them). To finish the story, I ended up paying around $90 for a basic cleaning, plus they charged my insurance. On their Facebook page, they have a special that includes this all for $99, so I don't understand.

But once she started working inside my mouth, I acknowledged her that it was not enough and I was still feeling pain. They injected more and more anesthesia without even giving it a minute to take effect, and they started pulling the tooth in a hurry, causing a pain that I cannot describe. However, they found it funny and even appropriate to make jokes at that moment. The front desk treatment makes you feel like you are a bother. It's a horrible place. From now on, I will start the habit of reading reviews before going to such a sensitive place like a dentist."
