I came in for a regular cleaning and after I was done I proceeded to the counter to submit my payment. When I was handed the final statement I found some interesting charges. My Insurance covered the examination and the X-rays, but I had to pay $10 for the office visit (what???) $40 for the x-ray reading (so the X-ray were included but I had to pay to the dentist to look at them). To finish the story, I ended up paying around $90 for a basic cleaning, plus they charged my insurance. On their Facebook page, they have a special that includes this all for $99, so I don't understand.

But once she started working inside my mouth, I acknowledged her that it was not enough and I was still feeling pain. They injected more and more anesthesia without even giving it a minute to take effect, and they started pulling the tooth in a hurry, causing a pain that I cannot describe. However, they found it funny and even appropriate to make jokes at that moment. The front desk treatment makes you feel like you are a bother. It's a horrible place. From now on, I will start the habit of reading reviews before going to such a sensitive place like a dentist."

Each time the level of service was top notch. To begin, his entire office staff is very warm, helpful, and accommodating. In my experience with other Doctors offices in Miami it's rare to find a good staff. Sometimes you find offices with a great Dr. but a lousy staff or vice versa, a great staff but lousy doctor. In this case they were both excellent. They don't overbook patients, so you won't find yourself in the waiting room forever. The staff managed my entire insurance process and called in my prescriptions. The office is well located in South Miami close to Sunset (72nd ST) and US1. Regarding the implant surgery, in my case there was a very narrow space for incision. However, Dr. Lane meticulously and precisely performed the procedure. Aside from the smooth surgery, he actually personally called me the same night to check up on me. (He also did this before when my wisdom teeth were removed.) How many doctors do this nowadays??? Immigration can be costly with all those filing fees etc. so I'm always looking for a cheap/affordable option with excellent quality and service. The location was easy to find and centrally located within the Doral area. The place was clean...very important for me...especially being medical. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick, I did not have to wait a long time. Maybe because an appointment was required prior. Once the medical physical was done, I saw the doctor and got the ok. The nurse then verified all our information and said she will take her time to ensure the immigration forms are competed accurately then she will call us back within 3-5 days to collect the sealed package which I will then send to immigration. They also will make copies for the patient. They also have another location so if this location is not convenient try one of the others. They are very accommodating and efficient.

I scheduled an appointment for my son to have his orthodontic separators placed because I was told the orthodontist is there Mondays and Thursdays until 4 PM. When we arrived, they said they couldn't do it and claimed I should have made a different appointment, even though no one mentioned any cutoff time when I scheduled. What made the situation worse was how I was treated. The female doctor with glasses and the older male doctor were both rude and dismissive. At one point the female doctor was signaling to other doctors not to talk to me anymore and even raised her hand toward me as if to stop me from speaking. The older male doctor also implied I was lying, saying they've "been doing this for 30 years." This is also not the first time I've noticed unprofessional behavior. I have personally seen this same female doctor speak rudely to employees, and my son has noticed it as well. He even mentioned it to the front desk before. After 10 years of bringing my child here, I expected professionalism and basic respect. Unfortunately, the behavior and bedside manner we experienced today were extremely unprofessional.
