It was a little hard yet. Bottom line, I left more than 1/2 of everything behind, though I did eat most of the shrimp after wiping off the sauce and peeling off the tainted batter. My Mug root beer was exactly what I expected, so...there's a little something for that single star rating too. The atmosphere is drab, outdated, typical drunks talking too loud at the bar about nothing. My server answered my questions honestly enough, which probably saved me from an even worse experience as her responses deterred me from ordering several items that I know can be hit or miss almost anywhere. The bill came to just shy of $40, and I tipped as generously as I normally would because my server was fine and it wasn't her fault the food sucked. All that and I walked away still hungry.
