To start things off I want to establish that I'm a very picky hair client; I've literally cried after some haircuts in the past. But I walked out so unbelievably happy after Harold (a senior stylist) gave me a cut and blowout. My hair was very lo no but hadn't been cut in a year. Harold told me how much I needed to cut to get rid of my split ends as well as what style of cut was best for my type of hair. He's very professional and has a wonderful talent for cutting hair; I already scheduled my next appointment with him! The ladies at the reception are also very nice, and they offered me coffee and water upon arrival. The salon is also extremely clean and modern looking. This is the best Hair salon in Miami. I got my hair dyed and blow dried by Lisy. She did an amazing job! She is very sweet and makes sure to give you exactly what you want. She takes her time to make you happy. I also got my hair cut by Diana or "Dayi" and she is also amazing. I have always had long hair but yesterday I decided to cut it all off and change my look. What can I say... i'm speechless. By far the BEST service i have EVER received in a salon. I was greeted with pure smiles left and right and was attended immediately. Riudi greeted me as well and was super sweet. The two stylists that attended me were the sweetest, they guided me through everything they were going to do to my hair, gave me options of what i wanted, they made me feel extremely welcomed and safe. I arrived there extremely scared of my results due to a previous experience that was not so good but i can honestly say i left the salon 10x more confident and happier. The entire staff there is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a job well done at a very reasonable price. They provide snacks for you, water, etc. Riudi will give you the best massage ever while washing your hair, almost fell asleep haha. They treat you like royalty there and i have not one complain about them. 10/10 service, 10/10 work. At the end you have a mini photo shoot of your results and make you feel like a super model. My experience with them wasn't the best but no the worse one either Riudi is very nice person the ambient is good, however I was booked with Dayana but she didn't do my hair her assistance did she took care of other clients. She did guided her assistant which did a good job but I would have prefer if she were the one to have done my hair I guess my job wasn't a priority but the rest of them were. There was a lady that was doing a hair treatment as well with her, my job was a color correction, she took care of her and not me the only thing she did the whole time I was there was to lead her assistant from time to time and cut my hair that's it. I think that if the services are being done by an assistant the customer has the right to know before hand and the charge should be less. Overall I was happy with my results her assistant is her nice did a good job but it wasn't what I was expecting in service wise. read more

I wish I could say my experience was a good one but it wasn't. I drove two hours to this salon to get extensions put in after losing my hair to cancer. It has since begun growing back but I wanted my long hair back sooner so I called and scheduled my appt to put extensions in. I asked how long the hair had to be before driving down I was told 1" well I had much more than 1" of hair so I was excited to go and get a new look. When I got there the girl told me I am sorry your hair is not long enough and its not straight all of our extensions are for straight hair. Needless to say I was devastated and super disappointed. So I decided to style the hair I had trying to make light of the current situation after all I drive 2hrs. I asked the girl to color my hair and she agreed the problem didn't lye there, I then asked her to highlight my curly hair and she said it wasn't possible. Are you kidding me nope she would not highlight it. I asked for a cut to style it and the guy who cut my hair sent me home looking like Lucy from I love lucy on a bad hair day. Honestly all they know how to work with at this salon is straight silky hair if you have curls like mine then go elsewhere or you will be highly disappointed and may end up crying in your car like I did when I saw how they left me.
